<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Las estrategias que las organizaciones actuales tienen para hacer frente al entorno laboral actual de inestabilidad (los entornos VUCA) fue uno de los debates de la primera jornada del Foro EFQM 2017.</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">¿Qué estrategias siguen actualmente las grandes organizaciones? El contexto laboral en el que se mueven las empresas hoy en día está en permanente cambio, lo que hace que sea Volátil, Incierto, Complejo y Ambiguo (VUCA). Por lo tanto, si quieren mantenerse, tienen que desarrollar su capacidad de adaptación.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><a title="Ignacio Babé" href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/ignacio-bab%C3%A9-869436/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Ignacio Babé</a>, Secretario General del Club Excelencia en Gestión, moderó el debate en el que participaron: <a title="Patrick Meillaud" href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/patrick-meillaud-53780346/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Patrick Meillaud</a>, Plan Manager de Robert Bosch Roder,<strong> Helena Herrero</strong>, CEO de HP (España e Italia), <strong><a title="Borja Carabantes" href="https://twitter.com/bcarabante?lang=es" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Borja Carabantes</a></strong>, CEO de Metro de Madrid, y <a title="René Jakscht" href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/ren%C3%A9-jakscht-06626241/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>René Jakscht</strong></a>, de T-Systems Multimedia Solutions.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">La CEO de HP abrió el debate y afirmó que lo primero que tiene que hacer una organización es escuchar y entender qué está pasando fuera. Es decir, hay que situar al cliente en el centro de la estrategia, incluso desde la fase de desarrollo del producto. “Nosotros descubrimos que no éramos lo suficientemente ágiles y dividimos el negocio en dos, para dar flexibilidad e innovar. La innovación hace que cambie el modelo de negocio”, afirmó Helena Herrero a la hora de hablar de las impresoras 3D. En este caso, al dividir el negocio, decidieron hacerse más pequeños en lugar de ser más grandes.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Patrick Meillaud apuntó la importancia de saber reaccionar porque el plan previsto por la organización no siempre funciona y para Borja Carabantes no sólo es importante observar al cliente sino también a los competidores, sin olvidar el papel fundamental de los empleados: “Una empresa es tan innovadora como sean sus empleados”.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Por tanto, las personas que forman parte de la organización son relevantes. En este sentido Patrick Meillaud puso de manifiesto la importancia de ser líder de las personas y compartir las dudas que surjan. Para Borja Carabantes la clave para que los trabajadores se sientan libres para tomar decisiones es que se sientan interpeladas por esas decisiones. El que adquieran compromisos influye en la agilidad.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Y con la vista puesta en el futuro, los panelistas indicaron algunos puntos que no se pueden perder de vista en la estrategia empresarial. Borja Carabantes explicó el Proyecto Estación 4.0, que les permite definir cómo será el metro dentro de 10 años. Es decir, les está sirviendo para pasar a un modelo de servicios, que no consista en transportar a los ciudadanos exclusivamente. Y para mejorar ese servicio que quieren ofrecer, el CEO de Metro de Madrid afirmó que cuentan con indicadores propios que les ayudan a autoevaluarse.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En la última parte del debate, Helena Herrero apuntó la necesidad de colaborar con las grandes compañías que influyen en el mercado. Por ejemplo, Amazon o Google son fundamentales para vender los productos de HP: “Tenemos que recordar que somos globales y locales, enfocarnos en lo que estamos haciendo y cómo vamos a colaborar”. En el caso de Metro de Madrid, Borja Carabantes afirmó que quieren trabajar en la multiconectividad entre diferentes medios de transporte.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Por último, los cuatro panelistas dieron recomendaciones estratégicas para afrontar el futuro. Para René Jakscht, la gestión empresarial debe partir de aceptar que el entorno es cambiante mientras que Helena Herrero destacó la necesidad de utilizar tecnología para introducir nuevos talentos en la organización y Patrick Meillaud afirmó que habrá que encontrar la manera de dividir los proyectos en pequeñas fases, para que se puedan lograr a corto plazo.</p>\n
