<p style="text-align: justify;">Isabel Aguilera, directiva y conferenciante, que participó en el Foro EFQM 2017 con una ponencia sobre Agilidad, Start-ups y grandes empresas, considera que el entorno ha cambiado forma radical y nos lo cuenta en esta entrevista.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>¿Cómo explicarías el símil de pasar del sumo a la capoeira en la gestión de organizaciones en este momento?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">El sumo es una competición en la que el peso, el volumen de los “activos”, la intimidación del contrario, los protocolos… cuentan mucho y cuyo objetivo es sacar al competidor del círculo, de lo que sería “el mercado”, o hacer que con su espalda toque la arena (“muerda el polvo”)… es un buen símil de cómo ha sido la competición empresarial hasta hace muy poco.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Actualmente, muchos factores: nuevos hábitos de clientes mucho más informados y más exigentes, unas reglas más cambiantes, las nuevas tecnologías como facilitadoras e influenciadoras de todos los eslabones de las cadenas de valor tradicionales, una arena de competición mucho mas global, la aparición de propuestas de valor disruptivas e híbridas, la difuminación de conceptos que antes estaban claramente diferenciados como aliado o competidor…, nos hacen tomar conciencia de <strong>que la forma de competir ha cambiado de forma radical.</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Existen numerosos ejemplos de ello. Airbnb es la mayor compañía de hoteles sin un solo activo, Uber es una gran compañía de transporte terrestre sin un solo coche en propiedad… <strong>los bienes se comparten, no se poseen,</strong> y cuando se poseen queremos que sean personalizados o compartidos, pasando de la posesión al disfrute…</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Por eso digo que hay una nueva forma de pensar, de actuar y de competir, que es más próxima a la capoeira, que es una mezcla de competición de diversión, de espectáculo, de deporte… en grupo, y en el que no se trata de machacar al otro, sino de complementarse, de aprovechar sus movimientos, de divertirse y siempre con un gran trasfondo de valores, de significado.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">La forma de competir ha cambiado tanto que ha modificado hasta su nombre, <strong>ahora <em>coopetimos</em>, es decir, colaboramos y competimos al mismo tiempo</strong>, conscientes de que la colaboración es la única manera de conseguir organizaciones exponenciales con crecimientos igualmente exponenciales.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>¿Las empresas españolas están al ritmo adecuado en cuanto a transformación digital?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">No todas, desgraciadamente. Aún tenemos ese gran empresario que le ha ido muy bien en el pasado y piensa que esto es una moda pasajera o que todavía habrá tiempo, cuando lo verdaderamente diferencial de esta revolución tecnológica es la velocidad a la que está ocurriendo (también igualmente, exponencial).</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Existe algo de miedo y algo de renuncia del tipo, “yo he llegado hasta aquí, el resto le toca a otros…”,\u{A0} aunque eso es el principio del final. Un <em>millennial</em> de cualquier edad está siempre dispuesto a hacer cosas nuevas, a complicarse la vida, a hacerla más ancha, a seguir aprendiendo y disfrutando con lo que hace, basándose en el respeto mutuo y a seguir sobre todo, disfrutando del conocimiento adquirido, en especial sobre personas… que nunca dejarán de sorprenderte ni para lo bueno, ni para lo malo!</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Hay también un cierto miedo al fracaso o al ridículo o a transparentar de verdad nuestro talento, de manera cruda, sin favoritismos ni privilegios: sólo tú y tu talento, tú y tus capacidades optimizadas de nuevo por el uso de la tecnología, desprovistos de todos los convencionalismos. Porque en el nuevo mundo, nuestro talento es nuestro pasaporte.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>¿Qué cambios próximos espera en la gestión empresarial por motivo de la tecnología?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Cambios de todo tipo. <strong>El talento será el que elija el proyecto en el que quiera participar</strong>, y digo bien, el proyecto, no la empresa, porque se trabajará por proyecto y por lo tanto, las relaciones laborales y los contratos también habrá que abordarlos desde un prisma diferente.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">La organización interna de una empresa cambia, y no habrá silos o departamentos, serán grupos multidisciplinares que durarán lo que dure el proyecto en cuestión.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Los liderazgos serán compartidos, colectivos, cortos y alternantes.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Las retribuciones serán motivo de revisión por la aportación de cada miembro, ya que tendremos muchos más datos.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">El trabajo en equipo cambiará también, se reforzará la colaboración que es mucho más que trabajar en equipo, colaboración en equipos mixtos de humanos y robots.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Las oficinas y espacios físicos serán inteligentes y se adaptarán al uso que tengan en cada momento, pero siempre fomentando la creatividad y, una vez más, la colaboración.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">La cultura de las organizaciones será lo que más se transforme porque es el auténtico termómetro de su orientación al cliente y de su transformación como consecuencia del impacto de la tecnología.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Las métricas utilizadas para monitorizar el rendimiento de todos y cada uno, también se verán ampliadas por índices mucho más relevantes hoy día como por ejemplo la <em>atractibilidad</em> del talento, el índice de recomendación, el retorno sobre los datos poseídos o el retorno del tiempo invertido-el recurso más escaso- por clientes y empleados… además de todos los financieros.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">La competencia será entre ecosistemas, y <strong>las fronteras entre aliados y competidores estarán totalmente difuminadas.</strong> Siendo más importante que nunca establecer algún tipo de acuerdo con empresas de diferentes tamaños, que aporten\u{A0} valores diferenciales, o de nicho, que sean complementarios a lo que ofrecemos.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Los canales de venta serán múltiples garantizando siempre una optimización de la experiencia personalizada, sea cual sea el elegido.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Los datos de experiencias anteriores o la inteligencia de mercado, nos dirá que ofertas individualizadas ofrecemos a nuestros antiguos clientes o a los nuevos que queremos captar, las transacciones serán directas y transparentes gracias a la tecnología blockchain.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Y en algunos casos, la logística será más importante que la producción, o el servicio será más importante que la producción y que la logística puesto que el usuario podrá ser, gracias a la impresión 3D, al mismo tiempo fabricante y usuario, transformando la cadena de valor de lineal, a circular.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">El usuario o cliente será el mejor vendedor, porque así es en la economía de la recomendación en la economía centrada en el cliente.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Continuamente tendremos que probar nuevas propuestas, porque usuarios y clientes estaremos mimados y consentidos y acostumbrados a ser sorprendidos con algo nuevo de las marcas que amamos antes de que nos aburramos… y nos aburriremos cada vez más rápido.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Es decir, no quedará mucho de lo que ahora nos resulta habitual. Sé que es difícil admitirlo, pero la causa no es la tecnología, sino nosotros, que hemos tomado el control, nosotros que la usamos, nosotros que nos hemos hecho exigentes y que estamos bien informados.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Hemos cambiado las reglas, hemos cambiado las posiciones…</strong> y esto no ha hecho más que empezar, porque con el internet de las cosas y la inteligencia artificial, las soluciones a nuestras necesidades y la forma en la que se ofrecen cambiará drásticamente, utilizándose cada producto tangible casi como un canal de comunicación, venta y experiencia gracias a la sensorización, al internet de todas las cosas.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>¿Cuál es el perfil de líderes necesario en este momento?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Yo creo que <strong>durante algún tiempo hace falta un liderazgo transformador;</strong> alguien que aglutine a su alrededor a un equipo que no siempre comparte su visión, que no siempre sabe muy bien adónde va pero que confía en su liderazgo y le sigue. Por lo tanto, también ha de ser un líder que gestione bien los riesgos, que gestione emociones, que sea comunicador que genere buen ambiente y buen rollo, buen humor… al tiempo que sea un amante de la tecnología sin temerla en absoluto: que de alguna manera sea la tecnología su mano derecha, o su mano izquierda y la otra, una selección de talentos atraídos por su reputación del desarrollo que hace de sus equipos, de los resultados que logra. Un líder que tenga “marca propia”, pero que se arremangue con el equipo cuándo haga falta.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">De ahí iremos cada vez más a un liderazgo inconformista, rebelde e iconoclasta, original y creativo, alguien con imaginación suficiente y conocimiento, a veces inconsciente, que le haga ver ideas, patrones y modelos en los datos.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">El líder ya no será, ya no es, el que sabe todas las respuestas, sino el que sabe qué preguntar y a quién. Que esté bien conectado y pueda hacer alianzas y acuerdos, con criterio,\u{A0} con humildad al mismo tiempo para seguir siendo un aprendiz eterno al que le gusta probar y si sale bien, iterar y si sale mal, seguir aprendiendo.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Es un líder curioso y generoso, que continuamente esté empujando los límites, cuestionando sus capacidades y hasta dónde puede llegar su equipo, convencido de que la tecnología es el fin de las excusas para que todos desarrollen todo su potencial.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Ha de ser flexible, porque al tiempo que ofrece soluciones y servicios extraordinarios, convincentes y robustos, puede cambiarlos al día siguiente porque las circunstancias, la tecnología o alguien que ayer, era su aliado, hoy es su competidor, porque ha vuelto a romper barreras, reglas y el statu quo.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Y finalmente llegaremos al liderazgo colectivo, objetivos comunes, orientado a las personas (para obtener su compromiso y participación por objetivos o por el proyecto). Mucho más inclusivo. En el que el trabajo colaborativo sea natural, con la capacidad de trabajar en muchas direcciones al mismo tiempo (una gran ventaja para tomar decisiones y en la gestión de crisis). Con un enfoque más horizontal, en el que se comparta la información y en el que el lado humano siempre se tome en consideración por la relevancia de todo lo emocional y un liderazgo al que le encantan los cambios, la innovación y mucho más la influencia que el poder.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Considera importante avanzar en la cultura del error. ¿Se han dado pasos en los últimos años por la velocidad de la tecnología o el auge de las Start-ups?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Tienes razón, en los últimos años nos hemos equivocado mucho más y en muchas cosas, algunas con enormes consecuencias, como la gran crisis económica, acentuada en nuestro país; en juzgar a otros cuando teníamos la corrupción en casa; en no hacer determinados deberes que nos ha llevado a situaciones aún más conflictivas… pero lo importante no es cometer más o menos errores, sino aceptar que sólo el que hace cosas se equivoca, que la innovación no es perfección instantánea, que lo importante no es caer sino levantarte una vez más de las que caes… y aceptar, socialmente, que alguien que no ha tenido éxito en lo que acomete no es un fracasado, que está ya más próximo a tener el éxito que busca. Porque no hay un aprendizaje más interiorizado que el que llega de la mano de un fracaso analizado.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">La tecnología ha facilitado y abaratado enormemente hacer pruebas, probar conceptos y ver su aceptación y sus resultados casi online o en un par de horas… eso hace que nos equivoquemos más, pero también que probemos más cosas y también, que acertemos más.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Aceptar el error y ensalzar al que triunfa rompe con el imperio de la mediocridad, que es lo que nos hace falta para encontrar nuestro modelo productivo, nuestras fortalezas en el entorno competitivo global.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">No es agradable, por el biass cultural reconocerlo, pero yo misma soy una emprendedora fracasada…de momento. Lo intenté y no “voló”,\u{A0} pero sigo intentándolo y algún día,\u{A0} es mi ilusión, alguna de mis propuestas-y ahí la imaginación es el límite-puede cambiar el mundo a mejor impactando a millones de personas.</p>\n
