<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>La Unidad de Celadores del Hospital Clínico San Carlos, Quirón salud, y Hospital universitario Mutua Terrassa han sido los ganadores en la I edición del Premio</strong> a las Buenas Prácticas en el ámbito de la Excelencia en la Gestión en Sanidad 2017 al que se han presentado más de 20 proyectos innovadores y que se han entregado en la jornada “Experiencia de paciente, hacia la excelencia”, que celebró el Club Excelencia en Gestión con la colaboración de la Comunidad de Madrid.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Este año, ha sido tal la calidad de los proyectos presentados, que además de ganadores y finalistas, el jurado ha tenido que reconocer otras trayectorias que también destacan por sus buenas prácticas. “Estos reconocimientos nos han permitido que este año tengamos más de 20 buenas prácticas”, afirmó Alberto Pardo, coordinador del Foro de Sanidad del Club y Subdirector General de Calidad Asistencial en la Consejería de Sanidad de la Comunidad de Madrid.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Ricardo José Salto, de Unidad de Celadores en el Hospital Clínico San Carlos, presentó la Buena Práctica con la que han ganado este Premio: un proyecto que ha llevado a cabo este centro sobre “Mejora de la Planificación y Gestión de los RR.HH de la Unidad de Celadores”. Cuando iniciaron el proyecto en 2015, se plantearon modificar la estructura y metodología de trabajo de los mandos intermedios, entre otros cambios, lo que les movió a impulsar distintas medidas, desde mayo del 2016: formación en seguridad, en el trato con el paciente y formación online. Gracias a ello, han tenido resultados positivos como la mejoría de la reputación de la figura del celador en la mente de otros colectivos. Es decir, <strong>se ha conseguido integrarlos en los equipos de trabajo.</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Tras su intervención, llegó el turno de Leticia Moral Iglesias, Directora Corporativa y de Calidad de Quirónsalud, que explicó su Buena Práctica titulada <strong>“Mejora de la experiencia de los pacientes en los servicios de urgencias”</strong>. ¿Por qué el Servicio de Urgencias? Porque, como explicó en su exposición, por él pasan más de 2,4 millones de personas al año, lo que permite medir muchas opiniones. Por tanto, en este estudio se plantearon mejorar los tiempos de atención, reducir la espera y mejorar su percepción y desde 2015 están implementando y monitorizando diferentes medidas de mejora, obteniendo buenos resultados: “En marzo de 2017, repetimos la encuesta de satisfacción y el tiempo de espera en urgencias se había reducido en 5 minutos”.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Por último, Francisco Javier González explicó cómo se ha implantado la estrategia <em>Lean Management</em> en el Hospital Universitario Mutua Terrassa, para poner en marcha <strong>un proyecto de mejora del Código Ictus</strong>. Es decir, un sistema de gestión en el que sin ampliar costes se pueda mejorar la asistencia y el tiempo que se tarda desde que llega un paciente que pueda estar sufriendo in ictus, hasta su tratamiento. Como resultado, <strong>han conseguido que haya un equipo preparado para reaccionar</strong> y que sabe exactamente lo que tiene que hacer cuando se activa el Código Ictus, de tal forma que el paciente es diagnosticado y tratado con mayor rapidez.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Pero no sólo ellos. Los finalistas también fueron reconocidos en este acto: “Consulta de apoyo al alta, para las madres y bebés nacidos en el Hospital Universitario de Getafe”, “Integración de Servicios Sanitarios como garantía de eficiencia” del Banc de Sang i Teixits de Barcelona y “Gestión integral en la prevención y tratamiento de las heridas crónicas” del Hospital Plató.</p>\n
