<p><strong>¿Cómo definir ENAIRE en grandes cifras?</strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>ENAIRE es la empresa del Grupo Fomento líder en España en la provisión de servicios de navegación aérea y cuarto proveedor en Europa por volumen de tráfico aéreo. Somos los responsables de garantizar en todo momento la seguridad de los vuelos que recorren espacio el espacio aéreo español. Para realizar esta tarea, ENAIRE cuenta con un avanzado sistema tecnológico y de información aeronáutica que permite a nuestros controladores aéreos dar servicio a una media de 5.500 vuelos diarios, que llegan hasta 7.000 en los meses de verano. Estos vuelos transportan una media de 800.000 pasajeros diarios. Además de los vuelos que aterrizan o despegan en España, controlamos los sobrevuelos que atraviesan nuestro territorio camino de otros países.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Nuestras instalaciones se encuentran repartidas por todo el territorio nacional con el fin de abarcar la totalidad del espacio aéreo que España tiene encomendado por los tratados internacionales. En concreto, nuestros servicios se prestan a través de 5 centros de control de ruta y aproximación, 22 torres de control de aeródromo, 186 radioayudas para el guiado de las aeronaves, 49 radares, 18 centros de comunicaciones tierra/aire y tierra/tierra, y 83 nodos de comunicaciones para la transmisión de datos.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>ENAIRE está en la vanguardia investigadora y tecnológica en su sector a escala mundial y participa destacada y activamente en todos los grandes proyectos de la Unión Europea relacionados con la implantación del Cielo Único Europeo.</p>\r\n

<p><strong>Nos gustaría conocer en sus palabras los motivos por los que se han unido al Club Excelencia en Gestión</strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>ENAIRE ya venía participando anteriormente con el Club Excelencia en Gestión dado que estaba integrada en el Ente Público Aena. En 2014 el gestor aeroportuario es Aena S.A. y el de navegación aérea es la entidad pública empresarial ENAIRE.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>ENAIRE decidió integrarse como entidad propia en el Club de Excelencia en Gestión para reforzar su compromiso a través de la pertenencia a una organización que reúne a una amplia selección de las mejores empresas del país.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><strong>¿Qué van a pedir al Club y qué creen que pueden ofrecer?</strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Buscamos con nuestra pertenencia al Club un foro de encuentro empresarial donde poder compartir experiencias y mejores prácticas. Creemos que nos dará mayor visibilidad y reconocimiento externo de nuestra organización, así como el apoyo y la asesoría que los profesionales del Club prestan a sus socios en materias de calidad empresarial como pueden ser la gestión del cambio, la innovación o la experiencia de cliente, por citar algunos ejemplos.</p>\r\n

<p>ENAIRE puede aportar al resto de socios del Club su conocimiento y experiencia en el ámbito de la gestión pública de un servicio fundamental para el transporte aéreo y el turismo nacional como es el servicio de navegación aérea. Nuestra actividad se corresponde con un servicio de 24 horas sometido a los más altos estándares de seguridad y eficiencia derivados del continuo incremento del tráfico aéreo, y que requiere una adaptación e innovación constantes.</p>\r\n

<p><strong>¿Pertenecer al sector público plantea un reto diferente a una organización que apuesta por la Excelencia? ¿Es más fácil o más burocrático y complicado?</strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Como entidad pública empresarial, ENAIRE se encuentra sujeta a ciertos condicionantes inherentes a la Administración, como pueden ser la aprobación presupuestaria o la contratación de personal. En este aspecto, tiene probablemente un mayor peso el hecho de ser proveedor de un servicio público esencial, lo cual nos obliga a dar cumplimiento a un amplio abanico de requisitos normativos y de supervisión. Estos requisitos son aplicables a todos los proveedores de navegación aérea europeos, independientemente de su condición de empresa pública o privada. Cada organización se adapta a sus circunstancias en el camino hacia la excelencia.</p>\r\n

<p><strong>¿Cuáles son ahora sus retos más importantes?</strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Tenemos diversos retos importantes trazados en nuestro Plan Estratégico, que denominamos Plan de Vuelo 2020. Uno de los principales es responder a la demanda creciente de vuelos con la mayor seguridad, calidad y eficiencia, tanto en el espacio aéreo como en los aeropuertos. En esto el turismo tiene un peso importante. Por citar un ejemplo, en el año 2017 el crecimiento anual del tráfico en España ha sido del 6,7%, muy superior a la media en Europa situada en el 4,1%.</p>\r\n

<p>La construcción del Cielo Único Europeo plantea retos y exigencias en los ámbitos regulatorios y de provisión de servicios muy importantes que ENAIRE debe afrontar para armonizar su servicio con el resto de países europeos.</p>\r\n

<p>Para cumplir estos retos se requiere, por supuesto, innovación y un riguroso proceso de modernización tecnológica de nuestros sistemas que nos permitan atender de la mejor manera posible a los más de 2 millones de vuelos anuales que utilizan nuestro espacio aéreo.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Un reto que no quiero dejar de mencionar es el de la sostenibilidad medioambiental que nos afecta a todos como sociedad. Estamos comprometidos con un crecimiento sostenible. En este sentido, trabajamos todos los días por gestionar el tráfico de la manera más directa y eficiente posible, con el fin de que las aeronaves quemen menos combustible. Nuestro objetivo en 2020 es haber ahorrado a las compañías aéreas 5,5 millones de millas náuticas, 61.000 toneladas de combustible y evitar la emisión a la atmósfera de 190.000 toneladas de CO2.</p>\r\n

<p>Para hacer todo esto se necesita un buen Plan Estratégico que sea ante todo un proyecto de transformación de la cultura organizativa de ENAIRE que genere ilusión, motivación y compromiso en sus 3.700 profesionales, y que esta fortaleza permita orientar todos los esfuerzos de la organización hacia unos objetivos compartidos por sus grupos de interés (compañías aéreas, Aena, Ministerio de Fomento, instituciones y sociedad en general). El plan ya lo tenemos, y se llama Plan de Vuelo 2020. Ahora hay que conseguir que vuele alto y lejos.</p>\r\n
