<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>Empieza un año de responsabilidad al frente de la coordinación del Foro de Educación del Club Excelencia. ¿Qué perspectivas tenéis en cuenta? ¿Cuáles son las prioridades?</strong></span></p>\r\n

<p>Desde nuestra incorporación al Foro y ahora en esta etapa de coordinación, nuestra prioridad es participar activamente en un entorno de aprendizaje y colaboración entre los centros educativos, con un marco de referencia común, el Modelo EFQM.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>El sector educativo está inmerso en un proceso de cambio, necesario desde nuestro punto de vista, que los colegios que participamos en el Foro debemos impulsar apoyándonos en la metodología REDER.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Nuestras prioridades son contribuir a avanzar hacia la Visión con la que nació el Foro de Educación: “<strong>ser lugar de encuentro, intercambio y promoción de iniciativas que contribuyan a añadir valor e incorporar los principios de la Excelencia en la gestión de las Instituciones Educativas”.</strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Esperamos que tanto las iniciativas llevadas a cabo el año anterior, como las que puedan surgir durante nuestra etapa de coordinación, se consoliden y ayuden a los Centros.</p>\r\n

<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>¿Por qué va a ser importante el acuerdo con la Fundación ALTRAN para incidir en los centros escolares sobre la importancia de las vocaciones tecnológicas?</strong></span></p>\r\n

<p>Tenemos muchas expectativas puestas en colaborar en este proyecto. La sociedad cambiante nos hace preguntarnos hacia dónde debe avanzar la Educación.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Cualquier espacio en el que los Centros tengamos la oportunidad de reflexionar sobre las nuevas profesiones y nuevos métodos de trabajo, son positivos para aprender y adaptar nuestras metodologías.</p>\r\n

<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>¿Cuáles son, en vuestra opinión, los requerimientos del sector para adaptar el Modelo de Innovación del CEG?</strong></span></p>\r\n

<p>El Sector Educativo se encuentra en un proceso de innovación constante. Desde hace unos años todos los centros, en mayor o menor medida, incorporan la innovación dentro de sus estrategias. Sería bueno para nosotros contar con un modelo de innovación que nos ayude en la gestión de esas innovaciones; que añada instrumentos para incorporar el <strong>REDER </strong>al proceso de innovación.</p>\r\n

<p>La innovación, la tecnología y el bilingüismo son muy importantes en estos días. Pero lo que va a diferenciar a un centro de otro es la<strong> capacidad que tenga para adaptarse a las nuevas necesidades que plantee una sociedad</strong> que, gracias quizá a los rápidos avances tecnológicos, va cada vez más veloz y es más dinámica. Todo esto nos lleva a que, como individuos, tengamos que estar predispuestos al cambio constante. Un cambio para el cual debemos educar a nuestros alumnos en los colegios.</p>\r\n

<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>¿Qué esperáis en vuestro sector de la Plataforma MIRA de indicadores que se pondrá en breve en marcha?</strong></span></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Todas las iniciativas para poder compararnos y aprender en nuestro sector son positivas. El modelo nos ha enseñado a compararnos, pero nuestro sector siempre ha sido muy cerrado a la hora de hacerlo.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Desde hace unos años la tendencia está cambiando y los centros hemos aprendido que la comparación de ciertos indicadores, nos hacen reflexionar sobre nuestros propios objetivos.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>El mayor problema en otras comparaciones en las que hemos participado, ha sido siempre la veracidad de los datos. Que sea desde el CEG desde donde se realicen esas comparativas, tanto de nuestro sector como de fuera de él, <strong>nos hace tener confianza en el rigor de los datos</strong>.</p>\r\n

<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>El premio a la Excelencia en la gestión en Educación ya se encuentra en su segunda edición. ¿Esperáis alguna variación en las prácticas propuestas?</strong></span></p>\r\n

<p>Para ser la primera convocatoria, consideramos que el año pasado fue un éxito de participación. Casvi lo hizo como jurado en estos premios y sí que notamos que muchas de las buenas prácticas presentadas, respondían a buenas prácticas docentes.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Creo que un reto para esta convocatoria sería incorporar una nueva categoría para recabar buenas prácticas de Gestión en el Aula.</p>\r\n
\r\n

<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>Próximo a terminar el año, se convocará la III Jornada del Foro ¿Qué balance os gustaría presentar de todo el año? </strong></span></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Por un lado, nos gustaría ampliar los miembros del Foro que participan activamente en este proyecto. Desde su nacimiento hasta hoy, el número de centros que colaboramos ha ido creciendo, y esperamos que, para final de año, se haya incrementado aún más.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Por el otro, la consecución de las actividades que se han comenzado. Durante estos primeros meses <strong>se han puesto en práctica distintas iniciativas desde el Foro</strong>. Se han creado grupos de trabajo y estamos empezando a coordinarlos. Un balance positivo para nosotros sería poder presentar el resultado de todos esos grupos, además de concluir con algunas de las cuestiones que se quedaron pendientes el año pasado.</p>\r\n
