<p>La <strong>Oficina de Cooperación Universitaria, socio del Club con Sello EFQM 500+,</strong> es una sociedad anónima que ofrece el servicio más completo para la gestión universitaria. Asimismo, cuenta con una plantilla de profesionales comprometida con la tecnología y con la mejora continua. Expande su presencia en 9 países y están avalados por más de 20 años de recorrido y por el funcionamiento diario de sus sistemas en 50 universidades de nuestro país. </p>\r\n

<p>La lista se realiza tras una rigurosa auditoría realizada por la consultora <strong>Great Place To Work </strong>con el objetivo de evaluar hasta qué punto una compañía es un lugar Excelente para Trabajar.</p>\r\n

<p>Esta distinción supone un reconocimiento a su mejora en las políticas de Recursos Humanos, que se adaptan a las necesidades de cada colectivo, y por otro a la satisfacción de sus empleados. </p>\r\n

<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>¿Cuál es, en vuestra opinión, el principal factor que ha llevado a la Oficina de Cooperación Universitaria (O.C.U.) a obtener, por segunda vez, el Best Work Place 2018?</strong></span></p>\r\n

<p>Sin lugar a duda el compromiso con la mejora continua, que esas dos palabras sean más que un concepto o estrategia para la organización. Nuestros compañeros perciben que hay auténtico interés por parte de RRHH y de la Dirección de la Compañía por conformar una Cultura de Empresa que fomente la colaboración, satisfacción con el trabajo, buen ambiente, desarrollo profesional… lo que fomenta una buena experiencia al empleado.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p> A lo largo de estos años hemos mejorado el proceso de detección de necesidades de la formación, cambiado el modelo de evaluación del desempeño y añadido la evaluación 180º.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Además se han desarrollado programas de formación para mandos intermedios y directivos, hemos desarrollado el liderazgo de nuestros directivos, implantado el teletrabajo, hemos encontrado espacios para motivar a la plantilla a través de las campañas de actividades para empleados como el banco de ideas, compartimos momentos de ilusión como las fiestas infantiles o las actividades outdoor, mejoramos la comunicación en todos los niveles de la compañía, apostamos por la promoción y desarrollo de carreras, buscamos nuevas opciones de beneficios a empleados (seguro médico, descuentos, campañas de salud, campañas sociales, etc.) Y hemos transformado nuestra casa con instalaciones más ergonómicas, funcionales, con espacios comunes más cómodos para todos y hemos hecho partícipe a toda la plantilla en los procesos de mejora como el programa de certificación EFQM, en el que participan nuestros empleados. Todos hemos puesto nuestro granito de arena a lo largo de nuestros 23 años de historia para llegar a ser reconocida como un <em>Best Place to Work</em>.</p>\r\n

<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>¿Hay algún paralelismo entre conseguir esa distinción y el proceso de obtención del Sello EFQM 500+?</strong></span></p>\r\n

<p>Existe una relación directa entre la consecución del Sello de Excelencia EFQM y la obtención del premio BWP. Para obtener el premio de ser una de las mejores empresas para trabajar en España, la consultora Great Place to Work establece dos requisitos, el primero es el resultado obtenido en la encuesta de satisfacción del empleado que la consultora administra a las empresas participantes y el segundo requisito es presentar una memoria en la que RRHH debe describir y justificar con evidencias todas las Políticas y Prácticas establecidas en liderazgo y gestión de las personas. Todos los datos que se incluyen en la memoria tienen un claro paralelismo con los que hemos venido incluyendo en la evaluación EFQM, el cual considera dentro de los criterios 1 y 2 el liderazgo y la estrategia en la gestión de las personas, en el criterio 3 las buenas prácticas en la relación con los empleados y el criterio 7 la medición de los resultados de percepción y de rendimiento. Por lo que existen una relación directa entre ambos modelos y en la información que se solicita en la presentación de ambas memorias que posteriormente se auditan.</p>\r\n

<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>¿Qué destacan más los empleados de OCU en cuanto a su satisfacción por pertener a la organización?</strong></span></p>\r\n

<p>Según los resultados de la encuesta de satisfacción los aspectos más valorados por los empleados son la posibilidad de conciliación, la credibilidad que tienen en los líderes de la compañía, la acogida en las nuevas incorporaciones, la comunicación multidireccional, el trato cercano con directivos y mandos intermedios, la confianza con la que trabajan y, sin lugar a dudas, la participación en la toma de decisiones. En cuanto a las medidas, destaca el teletrabajo como una de las que más ha flexibilizado las medidas de conciliación y la flexibilidad horaria.</p>\r\n

<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>¿Qué perspectivas destacan, en vuestra opinión, en la gestión de los Recursos Humanos?</strong></span></p>\r\n

<p>Somos una empresa del sector tecnológico por lo que intentamos adelantarnos e innovar en nuestra gestión. Para ello trabajamos tanto en la atracción del talento como en la fidelización del mismo, desarrollando nuestra marca empleadora y cuidando al máximo los procesos de RR.HH. en relación al empleado, como elemento diferenciador respecto a otras empresas.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>La función de RR.HH. debe estar adaptada a las necesidades de cada colectivo y diseñar acciones que tengan en cuenta el cambio generacional, la diversidad y la igualdad de oportunidades. Estos procesos también incluyen a sus familiares, pues intentamos integrarlos en la vida de la organización. Asimismo, nos volcamos también en acciones y políticas que impactan en la salud del empleado.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Un objetivo para este año es la mejora del sistema de evaluación del desempeño que tenemos implantado, dando más protagonismo al empleado y empoderándolo en su de desarrollo competencial.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>También estamos diseñando estrategias y herramientas para compartir el conocimiento, con el objetivo de mejorar el desarrollo profesional de nuestros colaboradores. </p>\r\n

<p>La formación de nuestros mandos intermedios y directivos es otro foco de interés puesto que mejorar en las competencias de gestión de personas redunda en el bienestar de toda la plantilla.</p>\r\n

<p>Fomentamos la participación del empleado en diferentes proyectos, aumentando el espacio para que aporte su experiencia y conocimiento.</p>\r\n

<p>Así mismo, nos interesa prever necesidades futuras, por lo que estamos desarrollando indicadores que nos sirvan para prever estrategias futuras, datos predictivos que nos facilitarán la toma de decisiones y el diseño de políticas de RR. HH que se adelanten a las situaciones.</p>\r\n

<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>Como empresa tecnológica que trabaja con cerca de un centenar de universidades en 9 países y ofrece soluciones informáticas ¿cuál es vuestra opinión sobre la transformación y modernización de las universidades? </strong></span></p>\r\n

<p>El sector de la Educación Superior está en un momento clave de su historia con grandes retos en el horizonte: la internacionalización, la educación <em>online</em>, la formación no formal, la formación en competencias, la formación a lo largo de toda la vida, la formación en idiomas, las restricciones presupuestarias, la gestión eficiente, la administración electrónica, los nativos digitales, los Smart Campus…</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>En todos estos retos las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones son y serán claves. Serán claves las TIC aplicadas en la docencia en el aula, y las TIC aplicadas en la docencia <em>online</em>, la automatización de procesos para la búsqueda de la máxima eficiencia de las universidades y el máximo confort de los profesores y estudiantes. Serán claves las herramientas de relacionamiento entre las universidades y sus estudiantes, desarrollando “experiencias de estudiante” diferenciales, serán fundamentales las soluciones analíticas y de <em>big data</em> para adecuar la oferta docente a las necesidades del alumnado y la sociedad, y para evitar el abandono. La usabilidad de las tecnologías será un elemento esencial, y la utilización de nuevos dispositivos y la interacción con los Smart Campus será una realidad en muy poco tiempo. En definitiva, las instituciones de Educación Superior, son entidades esenciales en la mejora de las sociedades y los países, y su naturaleza innovadora, descentralizada y crítica presenta un marco perfecto para la aplicación de las TIC como elemento transformador.</p>\r\n
