<p>La necesidad de que las empresas estén preparadas para asumir retos y riesgos con capacidad de renovación constante para hacer frente al mercado fue una de las principales conclusiones de la Jornada de Buenas Prácticas: "Impacto de la Tecnología en la Gestión de las Organizaciones" / "Impacte de la Tecnología en la Gestió de les Organitzacions" en <strong>Mina Aigües de Terrassa</strong>, socio del Club Excelencia en Gestión con Sello EFQM 400+ vigente.</p>\r\n

<p>Precisamente en la clausura de la jornada, José Luis Armenter, director general de Mina, ha puesto el foco en la importancia de la tecnología en las organizaciones y cómo aquellas que se suman a la transformación ganan en competitividad, disponen de más recursos de producción y entran en un escenario doblemente ganador, en el que la sociedad es la principal beneficiaria. En este sentido remarcó que es necesario que las empresas estén preparadas para asumir retos y riesgos y que tengan "la capacidad de renovación constante, en función del ritmo requerido, para no quedarse fuera del mercado".</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Esta Jornada se ha organizada partiendo del planteamiento de que nos encontramos en un entorno VUCA en un mundo que cambia con gran rapidez, imprevisible y complejo y por ello mucho más difícil de interpretar. Junto con MINA, Aigües de Terrassa, en esta Jornada se han abordado los avances tecnológicos, las innovaciones, las nuevas metodologías, invenciones rupturistas… y cómo impactan directamente en los procesos, en las personas, y en la propia gestión de las organizaciones.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>El Club Excelencia en Gestión y Mina Aigües de Terrassa han querido plantear a los asistentes soluciones sobre cómo preparase para incorporar nuevas tecnologías, cómo adaptarse y planificar los cambios estructurales necesarios.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><strong>Nuestro interés está en conocer cuáles son los puntos clave de nuestro sistema de gestión que tenemos que revisar y preparar en nuestras organizaciones para la incorporación una nueva tecnología, y cómo desarrollarlo para obtener el máximo valor para todos los grupos de interés. </strong></p>\r\n

<p>Se han compartido experiencias y buenas prácticas con diferentes organizaciones, en sectores diversos (Servicios, Transporte, Energía, Deportes), que están incorporando innovaciones tecnológicas, con los consecuentes cambios en sus sistemas de gestión.</p>\r\n

<p>La jornada fue inaugurada por <strong>Marià Galí, presidente de Mina,</strong> quien destacó que la revolución tecnológica, así como la política y la economía, afecta directamente las organizaciones y que éstas deberán tener una visión amplia y transversal para aplicar los nuevos procedimientos. Miquel Romero, director de la delegación en Cataluña del Club Excelencia en Gestión, ha sido el encargado de moderar el acto, donde hizo hincapié en la importancia de la agilidad para conseguir el éxito empresarial.</p>\r\n

<p><strong><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/xavier-marcet-5580681/" target="_blank">Xavier Marcet</a>, presidente de la consultora Lead to Change y de Barcelona Drucker Society</strong>, ha dado su visión sobre cómo afectará la inteligencia artificial en la sociedad y afirmó que las máquinas nunca podrán sustituir a las personas, porque es difícil suplir la capacidad de contextualización humana. "En los próximos años viviremos cambios espectaculares. Nuestro trabajo será adaptarnos y, ante la sobredosis de tecnología, mantener a las personas en el centro de todo ". En este sentido, Marcet apuesta por la suma de inteligencias y por la estrategia como base para mantener la competitividad empresarial, ya que "la innovación busca crear un nuevo valor y hay que hacer esta adaptación tecnológica con rapidez y agilidad".</p>\r\n

<p>"La tecnología ayuda a nuestros deportistas a ser más competitivos, pero también a ser mejores personas" según <strong>José Escoda, responsable del departamento de Innovación del CAR Sant Cugat</strong>, en su ponencia "Alto rendimiento y tecnología". También remarcó que los 30 años de experiencia de la institución y la gran cantidad de implementaciones tecnológicas aplicadas al entrenamiento de alto rendimiento les han permitido aprender de ellas y transmitir los valores para conseguir mejores resultados deportivos. La creación del nuevo edificio del CAR, según explicó Escoda, ha mejorado la eficiencia y ha permitido, a raíz de los Juegos Olímpicos de 2012, dar un salto tecnológico y cualitativo que ha dado un valor añadido a los deportes que entrenan. Todo ello ha supuesto que el CAR tenga unas estadísticas de éxito y de consecución de medallas excelentes.</p>\r\n

<p>Por otra parte, <strong><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/joan-comellas-8730aa22/" target="_blank">Joan Comellas</a>, director técnico de Circontrol</strong>, destacó el gran impacto que tendrán el vehículo eléctrico, la movilidad y la eficiencia energética en un futuro próximo. Así, explicó que el vehículo eléctrico está ganando terreno en el sector de la automoción y que su irrupción "sólo es una pieza del gran cambio energético que se está produciendo". Para él, la gran revolución es el almacenamiento de energía, ya que permite abandonar el uso del petróleo y utilizar la energía disponible en cada país, mejorando así la balanza comercial de cada territorio. Asimismo, ha explicado que "el autoconsumo, la generación distribuida, la renovación de flota por vehículos eléctricos y la colocación de puntos de recarga son los principales retos de futuro".</p>\r\n

<p>La tecnología también juega un papel clave en empresas como <strong>ALSA</strong>, Socio del Club con Sello EFQM 500+. <strong><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/carlos-acha-ledesma-4200862/" target="_blank">Carlos Acha</a>, director de operaciones </strong>de la compañía, expresó que, tradicionalmente, el sector del transporte ha sido aislado, pero que la nueva dimensión tecnológica le ha obligado a formar parte de un conjunto de sistemas que interactúan entre sí. "La esencia de la transformación digital se reduce a las personas y a cómo cambia su comportamiento digital, que difiere del de los clientes tradicionales de antes". A través del análisis del cliente, la compañía de autobuses ha intentado modelizar la innovación de una forma ágil para conseguir la excelencia en la seguridad, en los clientes y en los costes y ha finalizado su intervención augurando que, aunque todo el mundo ve el cambio que viene, no se sabe ni cómo ni cuándo será.</p>\r\n

<p>Por su parte, el <strong>director técnico de Mina, Aigües de Terrassa, <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/jordi-l%C3%B3pez-sim%C3%B3-598a341a/" target="_blank">Jordi López</a></strong>, ha hablado sobre cómo impacta la tecnología en el servicio de abastecimiento de agua. López ha destacado que Mina, al ser una empresa de servicios, es usuaria de tecnología y, como tal, procura estar atenta a cualquier novedad que aparezca en el mercado y que le pueda ser útil. "Nuestra vocación de servicio al cliente nos obliga a mejorar continuamente el servicio, el producto y las infraestructuras y hacerlo de una forma más rápida, barata y ocasionando el mínimo de molestias posible". Así, la compañía de agua apuesta por la adaptación al cambio y para la mejora continua para mantener las cuotas de excelencia. En este sentido, ha destacado que la compañía apuesta por la innovación como así lo demuestran las mejoras organolépticas y fisicoquímicas del agua, la automatización de la lectura de consumo, la creación de avisos automatizados o el registro de control de incidencias que ha instaurado Mina en los últimos años.</p>\r\n
