<p>Desde Forética queremos que este acuerdo sirva de punto de partida para impulsar de forma conjunta la responsabilidad social como vía para la competitividad empresarial. Compartiendo el conocimiento, el trabajo y la innovación y poniéndola al servicio de nuestros socios. Ambas organizaciones tenemos entre nuestros objetivos el impulsar entre las empresas modelos de gestión sostenible.</p>\r\n

<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>Para que los socios conozcan algo más de Forética ¿podrías explicarnos algunos de vuestros nuevos proyectos? Por ejemplo, en sostenibilidad medioambiental o en proyección internacional.</strong></span></p>\r\n

<p>Forética es la asociación de empresas y profesionales de la responsabilidad social empresarial / sostenibilidad líder en España y Latinoamérica, formada por más de 200 socios, que tiene como misión fomentar la integración de los aspectos sociales, ambientales y de buen gobierno en la estrategia y gestión de empresas y organizaciones. Desde Forética promovemos la gestión responsable del impacto ambiental a través de proyectos como el Clúster de Cambio Climático, compuesto por 60 grandes empresas, o el Grupo de Acción de Economía Circular. En materia social, contamos con proyectos destacados como el Clúster de Impacto Social, el más reciente de nuestros grupos empresariales, compuesto por más de 50 grandes empresas, Enterprise 2020, un proyecto europeo que tiene como clave recoger las mejores prácticas empresariales y de colaboración en el marco del futuro del trabajo, o Give and Gain, liderado por nuestra organización en España en el que ponemos en valor el impacto e importancia del voluntariado corporativo. En el ámbito de la transparencia y el buen gobierno, destacamos el Clúster de Transparencia, Buen Gobierno e Integridad, que cuenta con 57 grandes empresas que representan más de un 20% del PIB en volumen de facturación.</p>\r\n

<p>Trabajamos además con empresas públicas a través del Grupo de Acción de RSE en empresas públicas e impulsando la gestión ética y socialmente responsable a través de la Norma SGE 21.</p>\r\n

<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>¿España es un país con sensibilidad especial en cuanto a voluntariado?</strong></span></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Desde Forética lideramos en España Give and Gain, un proyecto que manifiesta la importancia, impacto y valor que genera para las organizaciones el desarrollo de un voluntariado corporativo estratégico. En sus ocho ediciones, Give and Gain ha conseguido beneficiar a más de 80,000 personas e implicar a más de 400 empresas y 500 organizaciones. En su última edición, la Semana Internacional del Voluntariado Corporativo que tuvo lugar recientemente, logró duplicar cifras de años anteriores, beneficiando a más de 20.000 personas. Unas cifras que demuestran que el voluntariado corporativo en España impacta y se está convirtiendo en una herramienta clave para generar valor compartido, mejorar el impacto en el entorno y fomentar el orgullo de pertenencia, impulsándose cada vez más por empresas, empleados y ONGs.</p>\r\n

<p>Forética firmó un convenio con el Alto Comisionado para la Marca España en 2014 con el objetivo de contribuir a reforzar la marca y la reputación de nuestro país en base a atributos de responsabilidad social empresarial (RSE) y sostenibilidad de las empresas españolas. Un convenio que renovamos el año pasado y fruto del cual publicamos el informe <a href="http://www.foretica.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/informe_rse_marca_espana.pdf" target="_blank">“RSE y Marca España: Empresas sostenibles, país competitivo”</a>, que constataba la alta correlación existente entre la posición competitiva y el grado de adopción de políticas de sostenibilidad de un país. En esta línea, ambas organizaciones trabajarán para seguir evaluando el valor que generan las empresas sostenibles en la generación de una marca país más competitiva a nivel internacional.</p>\r\n
