<p>El Club Excelencia en Gestión ha presentado la “Guía práctica sobre Excelencia en gestión y sostenibilidad”, un documento elaborado con la colaboración de Asociación española de directivos de responsabilidad social (DIRSE), Forética, Pacto Mundial Red Española y Fundación Sociedad y Empresa Responsable (SERES), en un evento celebrado con la colaboración de ManpowerGroup España.</p>\r\n

<p>Se trata de un documento, elaborado junto a un grupo de expertos, que analiza dos objetivos fundamentales de las organizaciones: la Excelencia en Gestión y la Sostenibilidad facilitando a los responsables de estas áreas su gestión e integración, enriqueciendo la estrategia y la actividad de las organizaciones. Una “herramienta-guía” basada en el Modelo EFQM de Excelencia y que, en esta primera versión, muestra cómo se puede conjugar este Modelo con la Norma SGE 21.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>En la presentación, <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/alberto-dur%C3%A1n-9073b246/" target="_blank">Alberto Durán</a>, Presidente del Club Excelencia en Gestión y Presidente de Ilunion, ha resaltado la importancia de que las organizaciones más destacadas en este ámbito de gestión se hayan unido para elaborar un documento que “es una oportunidad para reivindicar el papel de la empresa porque escuchamos a menudo que hay una concepción mejorable de lo que significa la empresa, tanto por parte de quienes piensan que sólo existe el mercado como de los que opinan que el mercado no debe existir.” Durán considera que hay que reivindicar que el papel de la empresa es “generar beneficios, pero también otros como que éstos sean sostenibles y crear empleo y empleo para todos”.</p>\r\n

<p>Considera que esta Guía es un paso muy importante en un momento en que se requieren líderes que incorporen la excelencia y la sostenibilidad a la estrategia de las compañías, con una actuación ética.</p>\r\n

<p><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/raulgrijalba/" target="_blank">Raúl Grijalba</a>, Presidente de la región mediterránea de Manpower Group, anfitrión de este evento, ha destacado algunos aspectos esenciales en la gestión hoy en día, cuando se buscan líderes digitales, como la capacidad de aprender, la learnibility, y la de ser sostenibles en el tiempo.</p>\r\n

<p>El documento quiere vincular el Modelo EFQM, el modelo más consolidado de Excelencia en gestión y distintos modelos de gestión de Responsabilidad Corporativa en un marco general de sostenibilidad, como la Norma SGE 21, los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, los ODS, etc, de una forma que sea simple, entendible, voluntaria y no normativa, teniendo en cuenta que habrá diferentes niveles de madurez y sectores de actividad con necesidades diversas.</p>\r\n

<p>Se parte de la idea de que “no se puede alcanzar el éxito empresarial sin crear un entorno sostenible que emane de una gestión ética, responsable y excelente de la actividad”, y ello concierta perfectamente con los Valores de la Excelencia.</p>\r\n

<p>El <a href="http://www.clubexcelencia.org/modelo-efqm" target="_blank">Modelo EFQM de Excelencia</a> nace en el año 1992 bajo el liderazgo e impulso de la European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). Es un marco holístico aplicable a cualquier organización, independientemente de su tamaño o sector. Actualmente utilizan este marco de gestión global más de 50.000 organizaciones en todo el mundo.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>La NORMA SGE 21, de Forética, plantea una estructura lógica y clara sobre cómo abordar la RSE de manera integral en la organización. “Ante los retos actuales sociales, ambientales y de buen gobierno, es necesario aterrizar estos retos en sus procesos y establecer objetivos realistas y alcanzables, con indicadores bien definidos y un sistema de gobernanza que verifique el cumplimiento y la mejora continua.“</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>El marco referente para llevar a cabo este ejercicio, además, es la Agenda de Desarrollo Sostenible de Naciones Unidas que, en la Cumbre del Desarrollo Sostenible celebrada en el 2015, definió los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, 17 objetivos de aplicación universal orientados a favorecer a las personas, al planeta y la prosperidad hasta el 2030.</p>\r\n

<p>Los mensajes que han dejado los ponentes han sido en general positivos sobre el avance de la concienciación en RSC en las empresas. Ha aumentado el volumen de inversión en este ámbito en las organizaciones, el 84% de las compañías ha integrado los ODS en su gestión y tres de cada cuatro empresas esperan ampliar la RSC en su cadena de valor.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>La RSC también tiene una repercusión financiera porque la sostenibilidad puede influir en la financiación. Fernando Riaño concluyó que “las organizaciones serán sociales o no serán y el liderazgo será socialmente responsable o no será”.</p>\r\n
