<p>South Summit es un encuentro que se ha convertido en el punto de referencia del mundo de la innovación y en el que se reúnen cada año las 100 startups más innovadoras del mundo. El Open Innovation Forum, es una novedad de este año y tiene como objetivo <strong>ofrecer una amplia perspectiva sobre el presente y futuro de la Innovación Abierta cuando se aplica a la emergencia y consolidación de ecosistemas corporativos y de startups.</strong></p>\r\n

<p>El reciente aumento de la popularidad de los ecosistemas abiertos para fomentar la innovación en las organizaciones, es uno de los cambios más drásticos en la competencia entre las empresas. Esta realidad implica c<strong>ambios profundos en la forma en que enfrentamos los mercados, desarrollamos nuevos productos y servicios y gestionamos el talento</strong>. Cómo afrontar estos retos, hoy y mañana, es la cuestión clave que el Open Innovation Forum tiene previsto explorar en esta edición.</p>\r\n

<p>Esta sesión plenaria ofrece una doble reflexión sobre el futuro de la Innovación Abierta, combinando dos perspectivas complementarias: el pensamiento emergente y el negocio. El objetivo principal es clarificar el conjunto emergente de oportunidades y retos que el Ecosistema de Innovación Abierta tiene que afrontar en un futuro próximo.</p>\r\n

<p>En la segunda sesión plenaria se abordará una cuestión crítica: cuál es el valor que ofrece la innovación abierta y sus ecosistemas a las empresas. Se explorarán tres experiencias complementarias de innovación abierta con líderes clave de la industria que compartirán, no sólo su estrategia de innovación abierta, sino, lo que es más importante, sus visiones y desafíos personales.
