<p>El Foro LideA ha presentado en una jornada en la que ha participado el Club Excelencia en Gestión, su propuesta de modelo práctico de liderazgo para organizaciones sociales y de personas mayores.</p>\r\n

<p>Según <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/alfredo-boh%C3%B3rquez-rodr%C3%ADguez-55044238/" target="_blank">Alfredo Bohórquez,</a> Secretario del Foro LideA y Director técnico de EULEN Sociosanitarios, su propuesta se puede resumir en tres niveles de liderazgo.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>La primera fase (micro) es la persona. En esta fase <strong>cada persona se identifica como un líder o lideresa y se compromete. </strong>“El modelo parte del auto conocimiento de cada líder o lideresa de la organización, identificando sus puntos fuertes y de aportación de valor para su propia organización. En esta fase es muy importante que la persona se comprometa con el proyecto colectivo y esté decidida a aportar lo mejor para abordar los retos comunes.”</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>La segunda fase, “se plantea crear dentro de cada organización, un equipo de liderazgo, que incluya a las personas comprometidas. Esto significa <strong>conocer la diversidad de talentos de las personas y plantear objetivos comunes para que se conviertan en retos colectivos</strong>. En esta fase LIDEA es clave la comunicación y participación y que el propio equipo de liderazgo establezca las metas y la forma de conseguirlas.”</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>En la tercera fase, el objetivo es <strong>colaborar con otras organizaciones y personas, que compartan los retos o compromisos colectivos, para construir una sociedad mejor</strong>. En esta fase es clave que participen las diferentes organizaciones (grupos de interés) que tienen relación con el reto planteado. Es necesario abordar retos estructurales, en los que las diferentes organizaciones, puedan construir soluciones dialogando desde la diversidad de planteamientos. Es crítico que construyamos una sociedad que sea mejor para las personas de todas las condiciones y edades.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>La Jornada sobre el liderazgo de las personas mayores en la sociedad se ha celebrado con la colaboración del Club Excelencia en Gestióny el Imserso bajo el título "Claves de liderazgo en las organizaciones sociales y de personas mayores" en la sede del Imserso en Madrid y durante la misma <strong>se ha hecho entrega de la guía práctica "10 claves LideA para impulsar el liderazgo en organizaciones sociales y de personas mayores". </strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>La inauguración ha corrido a cargo de Jesús Norberto Fernández, jefe del Área de Envejecimiento Activo del Imserso; Margarita García, representante de UDP en el Consejo Estatal de Personas Mayores, y Pedro Pomares, coordinador general del Foro LideA. A continuación, Marina Troncoso, presidenta de Caumas, y Alfredo Bohórquez, secretario del Foro LideA, presentaron la guía práctica.</p>\r\n
