<p>Profesionalizar y modernizar la gestión en el mundo del deporte es un reto importante en este momento para todas las entidades de este sector y por eso el Club Excelencia en Gestión ha querido tratar este tema en la jornada organizada junto con Comtec y Aenor, con el título Soluciones para la gestión de las entidades deportivas.</p>\r\n

<p>En esta jornada celebrada en Barcelona, se han podido escuchar varias ponencias sobre las <strong>Herramientas convenientes para alcanzar los objetivos estratégicos en un acto dirigido a clubes, federaciones y gestores de instalaciones deportivas que quieren conocer casos de éxito del sector explicados por los mismos protagonistas.</strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>La jornada comenzó con unas primeras reflexiones sobre la situación de las entidades deportivas por parte de <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/pau-negre-nogueras-2ab46918/">Pau Negre</a>, Presidente de COMTEC Sports Consulting y Pere Sust, Presidente de la Fundació Catalana per a l’Esport y Presidente de l’Associació Catalana de Dirigents de l’Esport.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Miquel Romero i Grané, Director del Club Excelencia en Gestión en Cataluña, compartió la ponencia en la que habló del <strong>camino hacia la excelencia a través del autoconocimiento, los modelos de referencia (concretamente el Modelo EFQM de Excelencia) y la conveniencia del <em>bechmarking</em> con otras organizaciones, compartiendo las experiencias y las buenas prácticas</strong>.</p>\r\n

<p>Contamos con la intervención de <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/eva-subira-5381945/">Eva Subirá</a>, Directora de AENOR en Catalunya, con una ponencia sobre en la cual expuso los <strong>beneficios que aporta la certificación externa</strong>, concretamente la evaluación en el Modelo EFQM de Excelencia y la obtención del Sello EFQM.</p>\r\n

<p>El Director General del Grupo Claror, <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/gabriel-domingo-i-roget-7aa07227/">Gabriel Domingo</a>, compartió la experiencia de su organización definiéndola como Transformación y Excelencia como ejes de la competitividad y Toti Mumbrú, Gerente de la Federació Catalana de Basquetbol, compartió su experiencia de gestión de la Federació Catalana de Basquetbol, concretamente en la realización del Plan Estratégico como hoja de ruta para el futuro de la FCBQ.</p>\r\n
