<p>Dos de nuestros socios, la Fundación Iberoamericana para la Gestión de la Calidad (Fundibeq) y el Ayuntamiento de Alcobendas, se reunieron el pasado martes en el Auditorio Paco de Lucía del Centro de Arte Alcobendas.<strong> El motivo de la jornada fue celebrar el XX aniversario de Fundibeq y el XIX Premio iberoamericano a la calidad que ha recibido este en la última edición de la Cumbre Iberoamericana celebrada en Guatemala, el Ayuntamiento de Alcobendas.</strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>El Director General de Fundibeq, Juan Luis Martín Cuesta, ha valorado para Visión la trayectoria de esta organización y de los organismos que durante dos décadas han sido protagonistas de la calidad y excelencia en la gestión en España y en LATAM, como son el Club y la AEC, el Ministerio de Política Territorial y Función Pública a través del Premio de las AAPP. El CEX que agrupa a determinadas Comunidades Autónomas que disponen de Premios de estas características y en representación de las Organizaciones Nacionales Asociadas de LATAM, está una de las más características que es el Centro de Desarrollo Industrial del Perú, que además colaboró con la creación de FUNDIBEQ en su momento.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Juan Luis Martín Cuesta considera que “<strong>el concepto de calidad que estaba muy arraigado al cumplimiento de las Normas, especialmente las ISO en el mundo de la industria y que ahora comienza a tomar otra dimensión al aparecer los Modelos de Excelencia que contemplan a las organizaciones</strong>”, ya sean empresas o Administraciones Públicas, como un todo y analizan a través de sus criterios y subcriterios con visión holística y transversal de toda la gestión de la organización.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Ha querido destacar la labor encomiable realizada inicialmente por la AEC, que es la organización que fue la primera en apoyar y difundir este tipo de políticas de calidad , a la que luego siguió el <strong>Club Excelencia en Gestión con el Modelo EFQM y los Sellos de Excelencia Europea</strong> , que dieron otra dimensión pasando del concepto calidad a la excelencia en la gestión. Al hilo de ellos surgieron las otras organizaciones citadas, más enfocadas a campos concretos, ya sean de la Administración del Estado o del ámbito autonómico. Es muy importante destacar también, en esta materia, la labor realizada por AENOR, también socio del Club, por la trasposición de las Normas ISO y otras, como apoyo al desarrollo de la industria y los servicios en España.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>En cuanto a los nuevos retos que se plantean a partir de ahora, Martín Cuesta considera que “<strong>los desafíos que tenemos las organizaciones que nos dedicamos a los temas de excelencia en la gestión, es acompañar a las organizaciones en lo que son sus necesidades hoy día en esta materia</strong>. La globalización y la trasformación digital son dos de los grandes desafíos que tiene especialmente el mundo empresarial. Los paradigmas han evolucionado y con una competitividad cada día más fuerte se precisan organizaciones con estructuras más ligeras, menos burocráticas muy enfocadas al cliente y los otros stakeholders.
