<p><strong><em>Uno de los temas debatidos por el </em></strong><a href="http://www.clubexcelencia.org/"><strong><em>Club Excelencia en Gestión</em></strong></a><strong><em> en sus </em></strong><a href="https://www.clubexcelencia.org/10-management-talks-para-impulsar-la-transformacion-de-las-organizaciones"><strong><em>Management Talks</em></strong></a><strong><em> ha sido el de cómo fomentar </em></strong><a href="https://clubexcelencia.org/conocimiento/plataforma-de-conocimiento/documentos-management-talks-gestion-del-conocimiento-e"><strong><em>la gestión del conocimiento y la inteligencia colectiva</em></strong></a><strong><em>. Esta sesión tuvo como anfitrión a uno de los socios del Club, Calidad Pascual, especializado en esta materia. En ella participaron también otros miembros del Club con el fin de aportar su conocimiento y experiencias al respecto.</em></strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>A través de la reflexión y el debate, en este Management Talks del Club Excelencia en Gestión se han alcanzado una serie de conclusiones. La mayoría están dirigidas a mejorar la competitividad de las organizaciones a través de estrategias focalizadas a impulsar el conocimiento como valor clave del desarrollo corporativo.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Son vías de trabajo que han servido además para enriquecer el nuevo Modelo EFQM 2020, que ya está en vigor. Una herramienta eficaz para potenciar la transformación dentro de las organizaciones que este año, de transición, va a convivir con el Modelo EFQM 2013.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Las conclusiones extraídas del Management Talks del Club Excelencia en Gestión pueden resumirse en cinco claves fundamentales:</p>\r\n

<p><strong>1. La voz del líder ha de sentar las bases de la inteligencia colectiva: </strong>El mejor ejemplo a seguir se encuentra en las organizaciones colaborativas, en las que se comparte el conocimiento de manera transversal y no con una vision de departamentos que trabajan de forma individual. El líder puede trazar una hoja de ruta coherente para todas las personas que trabajan en la organización, estableciendo un entorno colaborativo en el que cualquiera puede aportar o recibir (formación, reconocimiento, etc.). Y también buscar la manera de favorecer la interacción informal entre miembros de distintas áreas</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><strong>2. Elaborar una estrategia combinada entre inteligencia humana y artificial:</strong> Hay que involucrar a todos los miembros de una organización en la implantación progresiva de la inteligencia artificial. Necesario para la competitividad, la llegada de nuevas tecnologías debe ser un proceso bien orquestado para conseguir su máximo rendimiento. De la misma manera, hay que seguir apostando por los recursos humanos, que van a aportar al desarrollo corporativo la intuición, las emociones y las habilidades sociales y relacionales que las máquinas no pueden ofrecer. Son determinantes para el buen funcionamiento de los equipos de trabajo.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><strong>3. Instalar herramientas tecnológicas fiables</strong>: Para que la toma de decisiones sea adecuada, la organización debe contar con buenas herramientas, especialmente en el entorno de los datos. Utilizar un modelo concreto que utilice un lenguaje universal en la organización y que marque los indicadores a seguir, entre otros aspectos. Pero, sobre todo, que esté al servicio del usuario para facilitarle su labor, en vez de entorpecerla, ayudándole a analizar y gestionar los datos que reciba.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><strong>4. Fomentar la formación tanto colectiva como individual</strong>: Es importante que cada trabajador se responsabilice del progreso de su propio conocimiento y que la propia organización les ayude a asumirlo. Pero también a ampliar su formación, enfocándola hacia las estrategias establecidas desde la corporación. Los modelos de aprendizaje pueden ser grupales o individuales y estar vinculadas a nuevas áreas de mejora. Pero también a lecciones aprendidas, mostrando, por ejemplo, diversos errores cometidos y cómo no volver a incurrir en ellos.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><strong>5. Encontrar el conocimiento en otras experiencias:</strong> Los radares de tenencias, los observatorios temáticos, los foros de debate y otras acciones enfocadas a compartir conocimientos entre iguales son buenas herramientas para mejorar la competitividad. Incluso es positivo mirar hacia modelos de negocio diferentes, ya que sirve para descubrir nuevos enfoques y, en definitiva, a diferenciarse de la competencia. En este sentido, también pueden ponerse en práctica las alianzas de conocimiento con determinados agentes como <em>partners</em>, universidades, <em>startups</em> u otras instituciones del ámbito académico.</p>\r\n
