<p><strong><em>Hemos podido hablar con algunos de los socios del <a href="http://www.clubexcelencia.org/" target="_blank">Club Excelencia en Gestión</a> para conocer cómo están abordando ellos estas semanas de cambios radicales a los que nos hemos visto sometidos todos. En esta ocasión contamos los casos de Capsa, La Salle School of Business y del Club Asturiano de Calidad, tres ejemplos muy dispares entre sí pero que comparten el uso del <a href="https://clubexcelencia.org/modelo-efqm" target="_blank">Modelo EFQM</a>.</em></strong></p>\r\n

<p>La <strong><a href="https://www.capsafood.com/es/" target="_blank">Corporación Alimentaria Peñasanta, S. A. (Capsa)</a></strong> lleva tomando medidas desde el pasado 26 de febrero, según asegura Andrés Vega, Director de Recursos Humanos y Excelencia de la compañía. “Insistimos a la plantilla en la importancia de las medidas de prevención e higiene: lavado de manos frecuente, evitar el contacto estrecho con otras personas, no compartir objetos personales, etc.”.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>A partir de entonces se han reforzado los protocolos habituales de limpieza, con una mayor dotación de dispositivos de hidroalcohol, la ampliación del uso de productos antibacterianos y una mayor desinfección de las zonas comunes. “También hemos anulado viajes y visitas, y en el caso de las reuniones, únicamente se están manteniendo aquellas críticas para la sostenibilidad del negocio. Y se están realizando a través de medios alternativos, como las videollamadas y las teleconferencias”, explica Vega.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Se ha implantado el teletrabajo en los puestos que ha sido posible, aunque al ser una compañía alimentaria, sus plantas no han podido paralizarse con el fin de mantener el abastecimiento. “Para las personas que deben seguir acudiendo a su puesto hemos establecido controles de temperatura a la entrada y salida de las instalaciones, y hemos adaptado los horarios de entrada, descansos y salida para minimizar los contactos”.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Por otra parte, el responsable de Recursos Humanos ha hecho bastante hincapié en la importancia de mantener a sus equipos puntualmente informados. “En una situación como la actual, donde hay una gran incertidumbre por su evolución, hemos intensificado las comunicaciones con nuestros empleados, para que tengan muy presentes las recomendaciones de prevención y actuación, tanto en el ámbito profesional como en el personal”.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>En este punto también se están centrando los responsables del <strong><a href="https://clubcalidad.com/" target="_blank">Club Asturiano de Calidad</a></strong>, que llevan tiempo funcionando a través del teletrabajo pero siempre manteniendo las vías de comunicación con sus socios y colaboradores. “Es imprescindible para mantener nuestros proyectos en marcha. Ahora toca posponer o transformar la actividad presencial, y diseñar con nuestros grupos de interés una propuesta de valor adecuada para la nueva realidad”, asegura Mariano Zapatero, Gerente del Club Asturiano de Calidad.</p>\r\n

<p>Esta organización ha sabido transformar rápidamente su cultura corporativa, centrando sus esfuerzos en dos hashtags muy coreados en estos días: <strong>#EsteVirusLoParamosUnidos</strong> y <strong>#QuedateEnCasa</strong>. “La prioridad es la seguridad de las <a href="https://clubexcelencia.org/cinco-claves-para-mejorar-la-relacion-entre-empresa-y-empleado" target="_blank">personas</a> y el seguimiento de las indicaciones de las autoridades sanitarias. Para nosotros resulta clave tener muy presente el porqué de nuestra organización y centrarnos en el equipo, con flexibilidad y atención a las circunstancias de cada uno de sus miembros”, comenta Zapatero.</p>\r\n

<p>Por su parte, el centro formativo <strong><a href="https://www.lasalleigsmadrid.es/Home" target="_blank">La Salle School of Business</a></strong> lleva desde el inicio del confinamiento funcionando en remoto. “La primera medida fue mover a todo el equipo a la modalidad de teletrabajo. Esto no ha sido complicado porque ya disponíamos de la tecnología necesaria para ello, para nosotros trabajar en la nube es habitual”, comenta Jesús Alcoba, Director de La Salle School of Business.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>El también investigador, conferenciante y autor del libro ‘Génesis’ añade que, de forma paralela, se ha ido reorganizando la docencia en los distintos programas, pasando a la modalidad online aquello susceptible de ser virtualizado y reprogramando el resto. “Nuestras dos claves han sido, en primer lugar, no perder el contacto con nuestra comunidad: clientes, alumnos, profesores, etc. Y por otro lado, no sacrificar la calidad por tomar decisiones apresuradas”.</p>\r\n

<p>Desde su punto de vista, esta situación es como una carrera de larga distancia. “Es prioritario mantener la serenidad y meditar bien cada paso. Sobre todo porque el contexto es constantemente cambiante”, recomienda.</p>\r\n
