<p><strong>1. Los días 17 y 18 de noviembre tendrá lugar un Taller sobre Lean Management. ¿Qué aspectos novedosos plantea esta sesión de formación?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">El taller está diseñado sobre una estructura de simulaciones de procesos que favorece que los participantes, sea cual sea su sector de actividad, experimenten desde el principio, organizados en 2 equipos de trabajo, las dificultades a las que se enfrentan en sus organizaciones. Sobre estas dificultades, los equipos van aplicando sucesivamente diferentes técnicas Lean y midiendo, de forma cuantitativa, la mejora que se produce en los procesos simulados. El estilo dinámico de los análisis y puestas en común favorece que los participantes identifiquen áreas de mejora de sus organizaciones sobre las que aplicar las técnicas. Las técnicas pedagógicas empleadas ocasionan la limitación a 12 asistentes. De esta manera potenciamos la calidad del Taller y maximizamos la eficacia del aprendizaje.</p>\n
<p><strong>2. Con más de 20 años de experiencia en el campo de la formación y la consultoría, y como Director de la Escuela de Lean Management, ¿qué beneficios tiene el Lean Management en las organizaciones?</strong></p>\n
<div style="text-align: justify;">Esta pregunta es preferible dirigirla a la empresa participante. Nadie mejor que quien ha vivido la experiencia para contarla, qué beneficios han conseguido y qué dificultades tuvieron que gestionar y vencer.</div>\n
<div style="text-align: justify;">Las ventajas que primero suelen comentarnos los directivos es la disminución del estrés, el aumento de la fiabilidad y la disminución de la incertidumbre. Pero a estas mejoras es posible llegar gracias a que no es difícil que las empresas perciban, en un corto período de tiempo, mejoras directas de los resultados. Por ejemplo, y hablo de casos recientes, reducir el tiempo de proceso en un 80%, mejorar el resultado de explotación en un 30%, eliminar las horas extras o mantener un nivel de cumplimiento de las entregas superior al 95%.</div>\n
<p><strong>3. Los asistentes podrán conocer de cerca casos de éxito de organizaciones que ya han aplicado esta metodología. Además, ¿qué otros aspectos pueden aprender y conocer en este Taller? ¿Qué valor añadido tiene?</strong></p>\n
<div style="text-align: justify;">Para sacar el máximo provecho del taller es necesario que los participantes acudan con mentalidad abierta, evitando en lo posible los paradigmas e ideas preconcebidas, en ocasiones extendidos, sobre la dificultad de cambiar determinados aspectos de la gestión. Para favorecer esa mentalidad, comenzamos el taller haciendo una serie de ejercicios que ponen de manifiesto cómo nuestros modelos mentales y paradigmas suponen muchas veces el principal obstáculo para mejorar.</div>\n
<div style="text-align: justify;">El trabajo en equipo realizado durante el taller facilita que identifiquemos y trabajemos también sobre esos paradigmas. Es un taller donde los participantes nos dicen que, además de aprender, se divierten.</div>\n
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Para una mayor eficacia, este taller formativo estará limitado a un número máximo de 12 participantes.</span></p>\n
