<p style="text-align: justify;">Bajo el lema “El RETO: Cómo crecer en un entorno de cambio permanente”, el próximo 15 de marzo tendrá lugar nuestro XXIV Foro Anual. Una edición especial que coincide con la celebración de nuestro XXV aniversario, y en la que esperamos contar con tu presencia. Te adelantamos algunos detalles de nuestro Foro más importante del año.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">¿Cómo aprovechar las oportunidades de crecimiento que se presentan? ¿Sabes gestionar los cambios de forma excelente? El Club, en permanente contacto con las empresas, instituciones y organizaciones españolas, ha recogido que una de las inquietudes principales en este momento es cómo aprovechar las oportunidades que brinda el actual entorno de cambio.\u{A0}</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Cada vez los cambios son más globales, dinámicos e interconectados entre sí y, en consecuencia, es cada vez más necesario disponer de mecanismos que permitan gestionarlos bien sea en el ámbito estratégico, táctico u operativo.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En esta edición, y respondiendo a ese dinamismo que implica todo cambio, hemos introducido una serie de novedades. Por ejemplo, este año el Foro comenzará el día antes del evento con el envío de un cuestionario online a todas las personas invitadas, que nos ayudará a detectar\u{A0} cuáles son los principales parámetros de la gestión del cambio en nuestras organizaciones. Un cuestionario que será la base de un estudio y con el que prepararemos el primer índice de gestión del cambio de las empresas, instituciones y organizaciones españolas.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">A lo largo del Foro contaremos con diferentes experiencias de cambio que serán presentadas por expertos directivos, y que sin duda serán una oportunidad para el intercambio de conocimiento.</p>\n
