<p style="text-align: justify;">El consejero de Economía reclama una nueva reforma laboral desde el consenso y centrada en la empleabilidad en su conferencia sobre “Retos y oportunidades de España: una visión desde Andalucía” en el Desayuno-coloquio de la Fundación Cámara de Comercio de Sevilla celebrado recientemente. El consejero de Economía y Conocimiento, Antonio Ramírez de Arellano, señalaba que el gran reto de la economía española pasa por “reforzar y consolidar” una economía de mercado “con fines sociales, servicios públicos eficientes y sostenibles a través de una fiscalidad justa”.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Ramírez de Arellano, que ha pronunciado la conferencia “Retos y oportunidades de España: una visión desde Andalucía” considera que el primer gran reto de España y Andalucía es “generar ilusión para la construcción colectiva, ya que los riesgos serán menores y las oportunidades serán factibles si somos capaces de alcanzar consensos duraderos económicos y sociales”.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En este sentido, ha recordado que el 'estado del bienestar' hace referencia a “crear las condiciones para la igualdad de oportunidades efectiva” y ha afirmado que\u{A0} “los servicios públicos, si son eficientes, no sólo no son un lastre, sino que constituyen un factor de competitividad en la economía que aporta cohesión y equilibrio”.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Para el consejero, “la igualdad de oportunidades no sólo es justicia social, sino que además es una decisión económica correcta”, porque “la desigualdad es un lastre económico que conlleva costes de muchos millones de euros que la sociedad no puede permitirse”.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En relación a los servicios públicos y su financiación, ha recordado que las comunidades autónomas y administraciones locales son en España las principales responsables de la provisión de los mismos, por lo que ha animado a “trabajar permanentemente en su eficiencia, pero también a contar con mecanismos estables para financiarlos”.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Así, frente al actual modelo de financiación autonómica “que ya está fuera de plazo y demuestra ser tremendamente insuficiente y perjudicial para Andalucía”, ha reclamado al Gobierno central “un marco sostenible y sostenido en el tiempo”, que acabe además con las diferencias de aplicación de los tributos transferidos “que generan una desleal competencia fiscal a la baja que resulta inadmisible”.</p>\n
