<p style="text-align: justify;">Damos la bienvenida a un nuevo socio Líder, Calidad Pascual, una compañía española, de capital 100% familiar, que engloba un amplio portafolio de marcas de alimentación y bebidas, innovadoras y líderes en el mercado, bajo un denominador común: la calidad en su dimensión más amplia. Por este motivo hemos querido entrevistar a su presidente, Tomás Pascual, quien además de compartir con nosotros algunos aspectos importantes de la compañía, nos desvela los motivos por los que han querido formar parte del Club.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>1. Recientemente Calidad Pascual ha entrado a formar parte del Club Excelencia en Gestión. ¿Cuáles han sido los motivos principales por los que la organización ha querido formar parte del Club?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">La búsqueda de la excelencia se encuentra impresa en el ADN de Pascual desde nuestro origen\u{A0} y, de hecho, viene reflejada en nuestra visión empresarial. Deseamos “aportar un toque esencial de calidad, cimentado en un compromiso de superación permanente que nos permitirá alcanzar la excelencia en la gestión”. Además, la calidad figura entre nuestros valores corporativos como sinónimo de excelencia y como forma de crear valor que se pueda compartir con los grupos de interés.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">De ahí que la pertenencia al Club nos permita ir un paso más allá en este sentido. Incrementa nuestro nivel de compromiso con la Excelencia y nos ayuda a superarnos día a día.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>2. La Excelencia es un concepto presente en vuestro día a día. ¿Cómo implicar a todos y cada uno de las personas que forman parte de Calidad Pascual?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Para que todas y cada una de las personas que integran Calidad Pascual se sientan partícipes de esta búsqueda constante de la excelencia, además de la respiración constante de esta cultura de la calidad en nuestro día a día, diríamos de una manera más informal,\u{A0} llevamos tiempo trabajando en programas y proyectos sistemáticos.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Así, desde hace años trabajamos según los estándares del modelo EFQM, en el que seguimos progresando con una calificación actualmente de 400+. Para avanzar con más firmeza por este camino acabamos de diseñar y desplegar nuestro modelo propio de gestión ‘Mare Nostrum’, en el que entendemos la excelencia como una prioridad que engloba toda la organización. Queremos hacer de la excelencia un hábito a través de este modelo de siete pasos que nos ayuda a conseguirlo, esto tiene mucho de cambio cultural. En la misma línea estamos trabajando para consolidar la gestión por procesos como forma de trabajar en Pascual: dibujando y mejorando el mapa de procesos, así como realizando una labor de divulgación entre nuestros equipos: colaboración, orientación al cliente interno, medición, figura de líder de proceso, disciplina...También trabajamos en herramientas específicas, como el programa “Excelente”, para reforzar la capacitación en disciplinas básicas de gestión.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>3. Además de la Excelencia, ¿qué otros aspectos os parecen clave para ser competitivos?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">El diálogo con nuestros consumidores, clientes, con nuestros proveedores, con nuestros empleados y con la sociedad en general representa un valor esencial que no se puede obviar. En Pascual lo denominamos creación de valor compartido. Para fundamentar este compromiso, entendemos que la estrategia de negocio y la de gestión deben ir indisolublemente unidas. De esta forma, a través de la búsqueda de la excelencia en todos los ámbitos se puede lograr una mayor competitividad que nos lleve a una posición de liderazgo en el sector con marcas y productos que creen valor.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>4. Calidad Pascual, ha sido reconocida como la mejor empresa de alimentación española para trabajar según el último ranking Merco Talento 2015. ¿Qué aspectos consideráis importantes para poder llegar a situaros en este aspecto por delante de muchas otras organizaciones?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Nos sentimos muy orgullosos de seguir subiendo posiciones en este estudio. Para nosotros es una prueba de que la gestión de personas que venimos implantando dentro de la compañía va en la línea correcta, aunque nos queda mucho camino por recorrer.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Para Calidad Pascual la gestión de personas es uno de sus pilares básicos y, por ello, realizamos un gran esfuerzo para mejorar constantemente en un área tan importante para la compañía. En este sentido, cabe destacar que la compañía cuenta con un modelo basado en tres pilares: un modelo de competencias que recoge las habilidades y conocimientos necesarios para garantizar procesos objetivos y justos; los valores corporativos que permiten orientar y reforzar a todas las personas hacia las conductas asociadas a dichos valores y el estilo de liderazgo que trabaja especialmente el respeto y el cuidado de las personas.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Este modelo se alimenta de pequeños éxitos diarios, como la mejora constante en el resultado de la ‘Encuesta Anual de Clima’, con un 85% de participación. Apostamos por un empleo de calidad con más de un 95% de contratación indefinida y un 40% de flexibilidad horaria. Pascual posee desde 2008 la Certificación EFR (Empresa Familiarmente Responsable), con una mejora en la auditoría de recertificación EFR realizada en 2014 dentro de la puntuación como empresa proactiva, pasando de B a empresa B+ en su modelo de certificación. Este Sistema de Gestión ha sido clave en el avance y “mejora continua” de los programas e iniciativas de conciliación, igualdad y diversidad.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>5. Ahora que Calidad Pascual es socia del Club, ¿qué esperáis poder aportar a los socios? ¿Cuáles son vuestros próximos retos?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Deseamos que nuestra visión empresarial y nuestra forma de trabajar sea un ejemplo para el resto de socios. Como empresa que apuesta intensamente por la creación de valor y la mejora constante, también estamos dispuestos a aprender de todo aquello que los miembros del Club nos puedan enseñar. Asimismo, el establecer nuevas alianzas y sinergias nos\u{A0} permitirá seguir creciendo en la excelencia.</p>\n
