<p style="text-align: justify;">De la mano de Mercedes Hernández, Directora de Alianzas y Servicios del Club, hacemos un repaso sobre la Excelencia educativa en España, teniendo en cuenta los datos reflejados en el Informe “Las Políticas Educativas en España”, realizado por la iniciativa Libres para Educar de Profesionales por la Ética.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">El Informe confirma que se ha producido una reducción del gasto educativo y una <strong>ligera mejora</strong> en tasas de <strong>escolarización, graduación, idoneidad y abandono educativo temprano</strong>. La crisis económica y la dificultad para encontrar trabajo han influido en esta evolución.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Sin embargo <strong>España continúa por detrás de la UE en estos indicadores y en los resultados del Informe PISA</strong>.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Hay datos relevantes que merece la pena destacar y que se reflejan en este informe. Por ejemplo,<strong> solo el 75 % de los alumnos finaliza la ESO y de ellos casi el 40% lo hace con retraso</strong>. Las diferencias entre comunidades son muy significativas. Además, el peso de la educación de Iniciativa social se reduce ligeramente y las políticas por comunidad autónoma son también muy diversas en este ámbito. Con respecto a los recursos educativos, mejoran en general, respecto de 2011 salvo la ratio de alumnos por profesor, que crece debido a los ajustes presupuestarios.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Sin duda <strong>es necesario un mayor compromiso de la sociedad con la educación porque a la larga esto general calidad educativa y éxito escolar</strong>. Esto es lo que se conocer como Iniciativa Social. De hecho, el nivel de aprendizaje de los alumnos es superior en proyectos educativos de iniciativa social.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">El informe aboga por explotar el <strong>potencial emprendedor y el compromiso por la educación</strong> de padres, empresarios y otras instituciones. Concluye con seis propuestas elevadas a la Administración y a las instituciones educativas:</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>1. Un Pacto Nacional por la Excelencia Educativa.</strong><br /><strong>2. La elaboración de un Modelo de Excelencia Educativa basado en las mejores prácticas.</strong><br /><strong>3. Un mayor Presupuesto congestión más eficiente.</strong><br /><strong>4. Promover proyectos educativos fruto de la iniciativa social.</strong><br /><strong>5. Escuelas de Padres.</strong><br /><strong>6. Promover la autoridad del profesor y la cultura del esfuerzo.</strong></p>\n
