Estas estrategias reconocen la importancia del aprovechamiento del <strong>conocimiento</strong> como valor clave del desarrollo de la organización desplegando, entre otras, las siguientes acciones:</p><ul><li><strong>Conectar a las personas</strong> en torno a comunidades de aprendizaje y de práctica.</li><li>Aprender de la experiencia como equipo / organización e <strong>integrar ese aprendizaje en la mejora.</strong></li><li><strong>Mejorar el acceso a los documentos claves</strong> y a la información necesaria en un contexto de “sobre información”</li><li><strong>Retener el conocimiento</strong></li><li>Conocer y <strong>compartir buenas prácticas</strong> internas y externas</li><li>Asociar el <strong>conocimiento</strong> y la <strong>inteligencia colectiva</strong> a la mejora e innovación.</li></ul><p>El <strong>CLUB EXCELENCIA EN GESTIÓN</strong> y <strong>CALIDAD PASCUAL</strong>, con la colaboración de <strong>CEGOS</strong>, están organizando un encuentro con un reducido grupo de directivos para debatir y co-crear sobre este tema, de una forma novedosa y muy participativa. </p><p><strong>¿En qué va a consisten los #MTALKS?</strong></p><ul><li>Se trata de un encuentro <strong>práctico </strong>y <strong>dinámico</strong> donde poder comentar, debatir y resolver entre todos los participantes (grupo reducido) las cuestiones planteadas a priori por cada uno de los participantes.</li><li>El objetivo es que cada asistente reciba <strong>feedback</strong>, <strong>ideas</strong>, <strong>experiencias</strong> o <strong>consejos</strong> por parte del resto, garantizando que, al final de la sesión, cada tema propuesto para debate por cada participante haya sido comentado.</li><li>Se trata de una reunión sin ponentes, sino más bien de <strong>co-creación</strong> de soluciones entre todos, para convertir los esfuerzos individuales en <strong>inteligencia colectiva</strong>.</li><li>La filosofía con la que nacen estos encuentros no es otra que <strong>compartir experiencias</strong> entre profesionales, en un clima de <strong>confianza</strong>, generando <strong>benchmarking </strong>y <strong>aprendizaje</strong>.</li></ul><p>Si quieres saber cómo participar o estás interesado en ser anfitrión puedes contactar con <a href="mailto:mhernandez@clubexcelencia.org">mhernandez@clubexcelencia.org</a></p>"
