<p><strong>Directivos, a la oficina</strong></p>\r\n

<p>Todos vemos al parlamento reunirse guardando la distancia de seguridad, al comité de crisis del gobierno sentarse uno en cada extremo de la mesa. Ponemos gasolina o compramos comida con guantes y mascarilla, a dos metros de los demás. Son servicios esenciales… pero me pregunto…. <strong>¿Hay algo más esencial que salvar nuestra empresa?</strong> Como directivos, tenemos que ir por delante, dar ejemplo de civismo pero también de iniciativa, correr algún riesgo más. Da lo mismo el sector del que se trate y las facilidades del teletrabajo. <strong>Hay que ir ya a la oficina.</strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>El Comité de Dirección debe reunirse guardando todas las cautelas, por supuesto. Lo contrario es seguir dejándose llevar por esta nueva rutina en que nos hemos instalado sobrecargada de trabajo poco útil, lento y caro. <strong>¿Por qué en la oficina y no por vídeo?</strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<ul>\r\n
\t<li>Porque desde la oficina se puede <strong>planificar el regreso ordenado</strong> de los sanos, la nueva disposición del mobiliario, la ubicación de la gente y la dotación de material sanitario.</li>\r\n
\t<li>Porque en la oficina podremos <strong>acelerar el test</strong> de todos los empleados.</li>\r\n
\t<li>Porque solo desde los propios centros de trabajo se pueden dar <strong>garantías a clientes y proveedores</strong> de que nuestros centros de trabajo son seguros.</li>\r\n
\t<li>Porque solo en la oficina <strong>se siente de verdad la angustia de un negocio vacío, parado</strong>, y se percibe claramente por qué hay que recortar costes y cómo.</li>\r\n
\t<li>Porque en la oficina <strong>uno se concentra de forma natural</strong> en producir con intensidad.</li>\r\n
\t<li>Porque hasta que vayamos a la oficina seguiremos con <strong>mentalidad de transición y condescendencia</strong> hacia el bajo performance.</li>\r\n

<p><strong>¿Cómo hago para ir a la oficina? ¿Qué excusa tengo?</strong> Cuando uno busca justificaciones esenciales, las encuentra sin desobedecer la ley. El CEO rellena un salvoconducto rápidamente dando a cada miembro del comité de dirección un gorro adicional y muy necesario:</p>\r\n

\t<li>Director de <strong>prevención de riesgos laborales</strong> y aprovisionamiento de material sanitario.</li>\r\n

\t<li>Director de <strong>continuidad de los sistemas de Información</strong>, comunicaciones para el teletrabajo, garantía de que todos puedan trabajar.</li>\r\n
