El encuentro ha estado moderado por Ignacio Babé, CEO y secretario general del Club Excelencia en Gestión.</strong></em></p>\r\n

<p>Los cuatro han puesto sobre la mesa sus buenas prácticas realizadas durante los peores días de la pandemia, entre las que se encuentran: la rápida adaptación de sus equipos al teletrabajo (en los casos en los que era posible); los cuidados al empleado y la provisión de recursos para garantizar su seguridad por encima de todo; o la canalización de sus servicios para lograr un impacto positivo en la sociedad.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Pero también se han realizado donaciones de diverso calado en aquellos puntos en los que era más necesario: alimentos; equipos de protección para los centros hospitalarios y residencias; o dispositivos móviles para enfermos aislados y familiares, entre otras acciones solidarias.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Ante la situación actual de adaptación a la nueva realidad, casi todos los participantes se han mostrado relativamente optimistas con el incierto futuro hacia el que nos dirigimos con pies de plomo. Según los datos del portavoz de <a href="http://www.manpowergroup.es/">ManpowerGroup</a>, el número de desempleados podría crecer en 1,5 millones en los próximos meses y la economía española va a tardar cuatro o cinco años en recuperar los niveles precrisis.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Un panorama complicado que, en opinión de los participantes, podría mejorar si desde las organizaciones se apuesta por las personas. “<em>Contamos con un capital humano talentoso y creativo que anteriormente no habíamos sabido valorar</em>”, ha opinado José Ramón Sempere. “<em>Ahora nuestra realidad es distinta, tenemos que adaptarnos a ella y aprovechar las oportunidades que nos ofrezca</em>”, ha añadido Luis Abad.</p>\r\n

<p>Por otra parte, los ponentes han planteado los ámbitos que serán decisivos para acelerar la recuperación: tecnologías de la salud y del medio ambiente y todo lo relacionado con la alimentación y la distribución serán sectores tractores de la economía. “<em>En cualquier caso, <strong>hemos de tener los pies en la tierra e intentar fomentar las buenas prácticas para que todos podamos salir cuanto antes de la crisis</strong></em>”, ha añadido el CEO de Ilunion.</p>\r\n
