<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>¿Cómo afectan los cambios tecnológicos a su organización? ¿Se centran en la relación con los clientes, en los procesos productivos o en algún otro aspecto?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Schindler mueve a más de mil millones de personas al día. Para que todos puedan seguir moviéndose de forma segura y fiable, aplicamos la innovación tecnológica en todos nuestros productos y servicios, para que sean de mayor calidad, más eficientes y sostenibles.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Las nuevas tecnologías permiten a Schindler mejorar el servicio que damos a nuestros clientes, más personalizado, con una mayor rapidez de respuesta y de mejor calidad.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Por otra parte, los empleados de Schindler también se benefician de estas innovaciones para agilizar su trabajo. Un ejemplo de ello\u{A0} son las apps personalizadas para el iPhone y el iPad han contribuido a una mayor movilidad y por tanto a la transformación de su día a día, ya que les permiten utilizar sus dispositivos móviles para consultar documentación técnica en la instalación o realizar operaciones comerciales y administrativas\u{A0} sin necesidad de volver a la oficina.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Además, las nuevas tecnologías también nos ayudan a mejorar la eficiencia del consumo de energía de nuestros productos y en consecuencia ayudar a reducir el impacto ambiental. Prueba de ello son nuestros productos que llevan una tecnología de recuperación de energía, motores magnéticos sin engranajes de consumo eficiente y componentes ligeros, así como iluminación LED y modo de espera, entre otros.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Por último, recalcar que, en todas nuestras oficinas y para nuestros técnicos apostamos por la documentación digital con el fin de disminuir el uso del papel en la medida de lo posible.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>¿De qué forma su sector se está viendo transformado por estos cambios?</strong><br /><br />La tecnología avanza a pasos agigantados, por lo que debemos ir siempre un paso más allá para evitar la obsolescencia.\u{A0} Por ello, Schindler incorpora los avances tecnológicos tanto en sus productos y servicios como en el día a día de los empleados para una gestión más eficiente.</p>\n

Respecto a los clientes, un claro ejemplo es el desarrollo de\u{A0} una aplicación mediante la cual éstos pueden conocer el estado de todas sus instalaciones en mantenimiento a tiempo real; esto es posible\u{A0} gracias a que, hoy en día,\u{A0} la mayoría\u{A0} de las personas disponen de dispositivos inteligentes.\u{A0} En cuanto al usuario final, Schindler, en su afán por mejorar la experiencia y la conectividad, ha implementado cambios tecnológicos en línea con la nueva era de la digitalización en el interior de las cabinas gracias a la oferta de instalación de pantallas digitales.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>¿Qué efecto tienen estos cambios sobre el empleo, el tamaño y el número de empresas de su sector?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Este continuo cambio tecnológico exige a las empresas que quieran ser competitivas y eficientes, que cuenten con sistemas tecnológicos e informáticos adecuados que agilicen y faciliten sus procesos, haciendo evolucionar su negocio a la misma velocidad que lo hace la sociedad actual.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Por esto, debemos entender el impacto que tiene la\u{A0} tecnología sobre el empleo y el tamaño en las diferentes organizaciones, adaptando su estructura a la misma. Las empresas del sector, deben ser capaces de ajustarse a estos cambios o\u{A0} corren el riesgo de quedarse fuera del mercado.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>¿Qué importancia tiene para su empresa la estrategia acometida para abordar estos cambios? ¿En qué consiste esa estrategia?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Es de vital importancia que una empresa disponga de una estrategia ya que para una correcta evolución se necesita una planificación. Tras definir la estrategia, es necesario dotar a la misma de recursos, tanto humanos como tecnológicos,\u{A0} desarrollarla, darle seguimiento y, por último, implementarla.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Esta estrategia consiste en una mejora continua de todos nuestros procesos, siempre intentando aumentar nuestro rendimiento operativo para satisfacer, más si cabe, las expectativas de nuestros clientes, mediante la prestación de servicios fiables en todo momento y lugar.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>¿Cómo se imagina su empresa dentro de diez años, una vez superado el proceso de cambio?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">El proceso de cambio no se supera, al contrario, el cambio es continuo en todos los ámbitos: tecnológico, social, exigencia de nuestros clientes y empleados. Por eso en Schindler, el proceso de cambio es continuo. Gracias a la inversión en I+D\u{A0} y a los medios disponibles, siempre estamos un paso por delante con el fin de anticiparnos a las necesidades del mañana.\u{A0} Nuestro objetivo es emplear las nuevas tecnologías para ayudar a crear el siguiente nivel de movilidad urbana, mejorando la eficiencia del consumo de energía de nuestros productos y, en consecuencia, ayudar a reducir el impacto ambiental de los edificios en los que están instalados. Por lo que, dentro de diez años habremos aplicado la tecnología de hoy y estaremos más que preparados para la del mañana.</p>\n

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>¿Cómo afectan los cambios tecnológicos a su organización? ¿Se centran en la relación con los clientes, en los procesos productivos o en algún otro aspecto?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En BT tenemos la responsabilidad de que dichos cambios sucedan. Trabajamos cada día para innovar y hacer que la tecnología ayude a empresas de todo el mundo a mejorar la relación con sus clientes y entre sus propios empleados, a optimizar sus procesos productivos e incrementar su eficiencia, a dar seguridad a su información, etcétera.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Son estos cambios los que –en paralelo- nos permiten también aumentar nuestros niveles de eficiencia y nos dotan de una notable capacidad para ser cada día más competitivos. Hoy en día nadie escapa al influjo de la tecnología, ni individual ni colectivamente, desde el negocio más pequeño y localizado, hasta la gran compañía multinacional, con decenas de oficinas repartidas a lo largo y ancho del globo.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>¿De qué forma su sector se está viendo transformado por estos cambios?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En realidad, nuestro sector es el motor del cambio del que hablamos y somos a la vez promotores y pioneros de la transformación digital.\u{A0} Ser pionero y promotor al mismo tiempo nos confiere un grado elevado de compromiso y fiabilidad en el mercado porque solo vamos a ofrecer aquello que podemos garantizar con nuestra propia experiencia.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En ese sentido, uno de los cambios ya iniciado pero en el que cada vez se profundiza más es el de la movilidad. Ello confiere múltiples facilidades para desarrollar nuevas formas de trabajar casi desde cualquier lugar en el que se tenga acceso a una red fija o móvil.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En la actualidad podemos trabajar desde cualquier punto geográfico donde podamos conectarnos del mismo modo y con las mismas ventajas que si estuviéramos físicamente en nuestra oficina.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>¿Qué efecto tienen estos cambios sobre el empleo, el tamaño y el número de empresas de su sector?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En lo que se refiere a empleo, el sector de las TIC en el que se desenvuelve mi empresa es uno más afortunados si tenemos en cuenta la coyuntura actual del mercado laboral en nuestro país. En España, las cerca de 20.000 empresas del hipersector de las TIC, emplean a cerca de 400.000 trabajadores. Si se tienen en cuenta a los profesionales de la tecnología que desarrollan su profesión en empresas de otros sectores, esa cifra se eleva por encima del millón de personas. Y la demanda continúa creciendo porque la transformación tecnológica es imparable y demanda cada vez más profesionales cualificados. Si además consideramos el impacto creciente de la tecnología en la productividad-el 40% en la UE- y en el crecimiento del PIB -25% también en la UE-, se puede asegurar que\u{A0} el futuro es prometedor aunque hay que fomentar la formación en la medida en que se prevé que la oferta llegué a superar a la demanda.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En cuanto a las empresas del sector, a pesar de que se han producido fusiones entre grandes compañías en los últimos tiempos, existe una diversidad y variedad suficientes para asegurar que el mercado sea competitivo.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>¿Qué importancia tiene para su empresa la estrategia acometida para abordar estos cambios? ¿En qué consiste esa estrategia?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En BT hemos puesto en marcha una estrategia basada en la fortaleza de nuestra red, que está orientada a satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes, que de manera creciente, exigen estar siempre operativos, reducir sus costes, integrar distintas plataformas Cloud gestionando la complejidad que ello supone, y por supuesto, todo ello, con las máximas garantías de seguridad. Es lo que llamamos Cloud of Clouds, y es nuestra estrategia ante la creciente tendencia de mover servicios a la nube.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En BT hemos adaptado nuestra estrategia en esa línea, y en\u{A0} sincronía con nuestros socios de negocio, nos hemos convertido en el integrador perfecto de servicios en la Nube, tanto nuestros como de terceros. Esta estrategia, no sería posible sin una red como la de BT, una infraestructura robusta que opera en 198 países\u{A0}y territorios, y que conecta más de 250 Data Centers de todo el mundo, de los cuales 46 son nuestros y de ellos, 20 son Cloud-enabled.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Nuestra visión del Cloud of Clouds, permite a las organizaciones conectarse, de forma fácil y segura, a las aplicaciones y a los datos que precisan, desde cualquier lugar y sin importar si están alojados en sus propias nubes privadas, en la plataforma cloud global de BT\u{A0} o en las de otros proveedores cloud de primer nivel.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Aprovechar los beneficios de la nube significa asociar la evolución del negocio al uso de la tecnología, de modo que si se está expandiendo el negocio en un mercado, no sea preciso hacer inversiones tecnológicas sino que se pueda disfrutar de aplicaciones o incluso de infraestructuras en modo de servicio. Se trata de optimizar la manera en la que se trabaja flexibilizando la estructura de costes.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Esta aproximación, totalmente pionera en el mercado, es una muestra más de nuestro carácter innovador.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>¿Cómo se imagina su empresa dentro de diez años, una vez superado el proceso de cambio?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Creo que el proceso de cambio no terminará, y que estaremos siempre en constante evolución. Esto sin duda supone un entorno perfecto para una empresa como BT que se mueve siempre en la cresta de la ola. En BT hemos sido responsables de muchos cambios tecnológicos, y lo seguiremos siendo en el futuro.</p>\n
