<p style="text-align: justify;">En el marco del XXIV Anual del CEG “El Reto: Cómo crecer en un entorno de cambio permanente” se ha presentado el Primer Índice de Gestión del cambio de las Empresas, Instituciones y Organizaciones españolas. Un estudio, que hemos elaborado junto a Cegos, y que ha estado liderado por <strong>Óscar Gracia, Director de Mercado de Aragón de Cegos Deployment</strong>. Más de 400 directivos de organizaciones españolas han ayudado a identificar aspectos clave en la gestión del cambio.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">De entre las muchas conclusiones a las que se llega gracias a este estudio, destaca la necesidad de mejorar la comunicación de la Visión del Cambio. Además aspectos como la concienciación de las personas, la calidad del equipo humano, la planificación del cambio, la experiencia, la flexibilidad, la visión a largo plazo, la implicación de la dirección han sido identificados por las organizaciones como palancas fundamentales para desarrollar el cambio con la mayor tasa de éxito.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Un estudio puesto en marcha por el Club, en colaboración con Cegos, que ha permitido elaborar el <strong>Índice de Gestión del Cambio</strong>, para conocer y compartir cómo abordan el cambio y la trasformación las organizaciones y empresas en España. Un estudio que ha llevado a conocer las <strong>claves en la Gestión del Cambio en las organizaciones españolas.</strong> Concretamente, y según este estudio son nueve:</p>\n

<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>La gestión del cambio no es un proyecto, es un proceso continuo.</strong></li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>La transformación adquiere relevancia estratégica para las organizaciones.</strong></li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Las organizaciones españolas están respondiendo al cambio con diversas iniciativas de transformación.</strong></li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Las Organizaciones españolas “aprueban” en Gestión del Cambio.</strong></li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Homogeneidad en la Gestión del Cambio entre las organizaciones españolas.</strong></li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Los grandes retos para mejorar la gestión del cambio se centran en la permeabilidad, la comunicación y la rapidez.</strong></li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>La Gestión del Cambio no se despliega en las organizaciones bajo un modelo metodológico determinado.</strong></li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Correlación entre tecnología e innovación y notoriedad de la Organización.</strong></li>\n

<p>Durante la inauguración de nuestro XXIV Foro anual, nuestro secretario general, Ignacio Babé, que ha presentado el Índice de Gestión del Cambio, ha afirmado que el cambio es lo único que se mantiene constante en la dinámica empresarial. Además, ha apuntado que aún hay muchas oportunidades para mejorar en la gestión de cambio.</p>\n
<p>Asimismo, ha resaltado que se ha podido comprobar la falta de urgencia que algunas organizaciones han tenido para hacer cambios. "Les ha faltado agilidad, por eso muchas de ellas no existen hoy. Sin embargo, algunas organizaciones que tenían muy claros los cambios prioritarios que tenían que hacer y que sabían que estos tenían que estar alineados con las estrategias han sido capaces de sobrevivir", ha ejemplificado.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>BT España, Ibercaja y 3M</strong> han sido algunas de las organizaciones que han participado en este estudio. Tras conocerse los resultados, y en relación a la Gestión del cambio, <strong>Ana Lledó, vicepresidenta de Portfolio para Europa de BT España</strong>, ha comentado, que <em>“el cambio es una constante y todavía más acelerado en el sector de la tecnología, y eso nos obliga a ser más ágiles en trasladárselo a nuestros clientes. Y por lo tanto, gestionar el cambio también debe de ser permanente”.</em> Añadía, como una de las claves en la gestión del cambio, que <em>“BT es una compañía de servicios y tecnología. Hoy en día no sólo somos facilitadores de servicio, sino nos anticipamos al cambio y eso determina que seamos una compañía de éxito o no”.</em></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Nacho Torre, secretario técnico del Consejero Delegado de Ibercaja, comentaba que</strong> <em>“en Ibercaja nos hemos adaptado a muchos cambios pero cada uno de ellos han sido diferentes y requieren de capacidades nuevas. El cambio actual requiere aprovechar oportunidades que son efímeras e intensivas, y para poder hacerlo, hay que ver venir el cambio, valorarlo y sobretodo ser ágil y flexible para gestionar el cambio porque si no, la oportunidad pasa”.</em> En relación a la fuerte correlación entre innovación y tecnología que se desprende del Índice de Gestión del Cambio del CEG, explicaba que <em>“en Ibercaja estamos de acuerdo, pero también tenemos claro que no es lo mismo. La tecnología es ‘parte’ de la solución y la innovación es una herramienta. La tecnología te puede dar eficacia, eficiencia, pero persé no es la solución”.</em></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En opinión de <strong>Eduardo Rodríguez, director de logística y calidad de 3M</strong>, <em>“en 3M le estamos dando la vuelta a la compañía. Estamos inmersos a nivel global en un proceso de cambio llamado 'Bussiness transformation’. Al ser una compañía de más de 100 años requiere estar continuamente cambiando”.</em> Además, como ha apuntado, <em>“según el Índice de Gestión del Cambio del Club, el cambio es un proceso no un proyecto y más ahora en el mundo digital en el que vivimos que es un cambio permanente. Las organizaciones que sobreviven son aquellas cuya tasa de cambio es mayor que la tasa de cambio del entorno, sino la organización está condenada a desaparecer”.</em></p>\n
