<p style="text-align: justify;">Prestar atención a las tendencias mundiales, pensar en grande y manejar la incertidumbre son aspectos claves para las empresas a la hora de afrontar los cambios y, especialmente, la transformación digital, según han concluido los directivos presentes en la mesa “Lecciones aprendidas sobre el cambio desde la alta dirección”. Te invitamos a escuchar las declaraciones recogidas durante su participación en nuestro XXIV Foro Anual.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">La presidenta de HP España y Portugal, Helena Herrero, ha señalado que "el cambio es algo continuo" que debe afrontarse "poniendo los cinco sentidos" en todos los 'stakeholders' de la empresa, desde los accionistas hasta los trabajadores. Además, es necesario "ver qué está pasando en otros sectores, "analizar permanentemente las barreras de entrada de la compañía" y "estar siempre alerta".</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Según Herrero, a la hora de afrontar un cambio es importante "manejar la incertidumbre", ya que "el ser humano tiene miedo o un cierto rechazo al cambio". A la hora de ilusionar a un equipo frente a un cambio es necesario "mostrar futuro y pensar que el riesgo es una oportunidad", además de "llamar a la acción" y "pensar en grande", ha apuntado.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En la misma línea, el consejero delegado de 3M España y Portugal, Urbano Santiago, ha apuntado que en la transformación digital es importante "estar atento a todo lo que está pasando en el mundo y a los competidores, intentando ver dónde está la próxima curva", ya que "si pierdes la curva pierdes el camino".</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">"Hay que estar muy atento a estas megatendencias", ha añadido Santiago, para quien las tres áreas en las que una empresa debe invertir para ser competitiva tanto a corto como a largo plazo son la I+D, la marca y el marketing y un buen equipo comercial. En su opinión, el cambio debe llevarse a cabo a una velocidad que sea suficiente para que la compañía cambie, pero también para que nadie se quede atrás.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En relación con la transformación digital, la directora de Producto y soluciones de Cliente de BT, Ana Lledó, ha indicado que la tecnología es "un facilitador absoluto de la sociedad", que puesta en las manos adecuadas "se convierte en un verdadero transformador" de la misma. En su opinión, el 'driver' de esa transformación "siguen siendo los clientes", por lo que el reto para las empresas es "cómo trasformarse con un cliente que cada vez es más exigente".</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Por su parte, el presidente ejecutivo de Manpower Group, Raúl Grijalba, ha señalado que "los directivos ponen mucho foco en tener un superplan, una superestrategia", pero que la ventaja competitiva no está solo "en crear una estrategia, sino también en la ejecución", ya que "el 90% de una estrategia es la ejecución".</p>\n
