<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>1. Actualmente Viewnext es la entidad única de servicios de gestión y desarrollo de aplicaciones del grupo IBM España. ¿Cuándo comenzó vuestro proceso de transformación?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Viewnext es el resultado de un proceso de transformación que comenzó a forjarse en 2014 en respuesta a los cambios que se estaban produciendo en el mercado de los servicios y de la gestión de aplicaciones. Estamos operando en un mercado cada vez más global impactado por nuevas tendencias tecnológicas representadas por las redes sociales, los entornos móviles, el cloud o el big data. Es un nuevo entorno que nos afecta a todos, como ciudadanos, clientes\u{A0} o consumidores y exige, por supuesto, mayor flexibilidad, agilidad y eficiencia a todo tipo de empresas. Por eso hemos buscado un modelo integrado con el que podemos ofrecer a nuestros clientes nuestro mejor talento, nuestras mejores prácticas y nuestro mejor servicio de una forma unificada, elevando al máximo los niveles de calidad, agilidad y flexibilidad hacia nuestros clientes.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Nuestro modelo de cobertura se renueva de esta manera ofreciendo, por un lado, la madurez que nos proporciona una amplia experiencia en nuestra industria, pero también una gran especialización y un profundo conocimiento de todos los sectores. <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>2. Os habéis marcado el reto de conseguir ser la empresa líder en servicios de tecnologías de la información en España. Además de la excelencia, ¿qué otros factores os parecen imprescindibles para conseguir este propósito?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">La búsqueda de la excelencia es en realidad una consecuencia de nuestros valores, que son los que nos mueven y los que definen lo que somos. En este sentido, para conseguir nuestro objetivo de liderar el mercado, creemos que debemos ser ambiciosos en cuatro ámbitos: en primer lugar, con nuestros clientes, con quienes debemos comprometernos\u{A0} con propuestas que les aporten valor proporcionándoles simultáneamente la mejor experiencia en nuestra relación. En este sentido, otro valor importante es la búsqueda de la calidad, que cultivamos tanto en equipo como individualmente, y que nos debe conducir\u{A0} a dar un servicio excelente fijando nuevos estándares en nuestro mercado. Como no podía ser de otra manera, la innovación es otra de nuestras fuentes de inspiración en esta nueva etapa para nosotros, y como la marca Viewnext indica, tenemos la ambición de ser visionarios y adelantarnos a las necesidades de nuestros clientes aportando propuestas innovadoras. Y, por último, nada de lo anterior tendría sentido si no hiciéramos todo lo que hacemos con una responsabilidad ética: la integridad nos mueve como individuos y como grupo, buscando con ello salvaguardar también la integridad de nuestros clientes.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>3. Recientemente habéis firmado con la Universidad de Vigo un convenio para la creación de la cátedra Viewnext. ¿En qué consiste este acuerdo de colaboración? ¿Qué nuevos proyectos tenéis pensado poner en marcha este año?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Para Viewnext, el talento es la materia prima esencial de nuestro servicio y, por tanto, dedicamos muchos recursos a cultivarlo, a mantenerlo y también a encontrarlo. En este sentido, la colaboración con las universidades es fundamental. De hecho, tenemos acuerdos con todas las universidades\u{A0} cercanas a nuestros centros.\u{A0} El acuerdo con la Universidad de Vigo, próxima a nuestro Centro de Innovación de Ourense, refuerza con nuevas iniciativas la colaboración que ya manteníamos con esta institución. Con la nueva cátedra Viewnext queremos promover la captación de talento local para nuestra empresa, pero también\u{A0} queremos estar cerca del mundo universitario y del talento más fresco, colaborando en grupos de investigación, dando formación en áreas de interés... Además, una de nuestras prioridades como empresa es el compromiso con la sociedad y, en este sentido, creemos que es tremendamente positivo crear mecanismos para retener el talento local. En definitiva, que las personas no tengan que abandonar su lugar de residencia para trabajar y que tengan la capacidad para desarrollar su talento y su carrera en su localidad.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Además del programa de captación de talento, la cátedra incluye otras actividades formativas, como decía, además de congresos, conferencias, seminarios e iniciativas de divulgación.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>4. Este año el Club celebra su XXV aniversario. Como socios, y con vuestra experiencia, ¿qué consejo brindáis al Club en su camino hacia la Excelencia?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Nosotros acabamos de estrenar\u{A0} la marca Viewnext, pero al igual que vosotros, también nacimos como empresa (INSA) en el año 1991 y, por tanto, también estamos de XXV aniversario.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Pocos consejos podemos daros, simplemente reiterar que la excelencia es un valor fundamental para la supervivencia de las empresas y entendemos la excelencia tanto como la búsqueda de una gestión empresarial basada en valores éticos y de calidad, como, y ahora más que nunca, una gestión innovadora, eficiente y, sobre todo ágil. En este sentido, y si me permitís la incursión, creo que la tecnología puede aportar un valor fundamental en la búsqueda de la excelencia, ya que ayuda a las empresas a transformar sus modelos de negocio hacia modelos más eficientes.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Por último, quiero felicitaros por estos 25 años impulsando la excelencia en las empresas españolas. Enhorabuena y que cumpláis muchos más.</p>\n
