<p><strong>¿Qué dificultades encuentran las organizaciones para contribuir a la consecución de los ODS? </strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Las mismas que, con carácter general, se encuentran para integrar la responsabilidad social entre sus prioridades y compromisos. Toda organización debe dar una respuesta equilibrada a todos sus grupos de interés. Evidentemente, debemos orientar nuestros esfuerzos a dar un retorno a los accionistas y satisfacción a las demandas de nuestros clientes; sin olvidar las expectativas de las personas que trabajamos en la empresa.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Pero hay un grupo de interés cuya importancia es creciente: el entorno social. Y el entorno social cada vez nos demanda un compromiso mayor con la sostenibilidad global. La formulación de los ODS en 2015 facilitó ese camino. A través de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible todas las organizaciones pueden ver de forma más clara cuál puede ser su contribución a esta sostenibilidad; de forma concreta, clara y compartida con otras muchas organizaciones de todo el mundo que han hecho la misma apuesta.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><strong>¿Sus modelos de gestión están preparados para transformarse e integrar los ODS de modo estratégico y en su día a día?</strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Sin duda. Al menos todas aquellas organizaciones que dan importancia a su modelo de gestión y que, por ejemplo, utilizan referentes como el <u><strong><a href="https://clubexcelencia.org/conocimiento/modelo-efqm">Modelo EFQM</a></strong></u> para contar con una estructura de gestión sólida, a la par que flexible y orientada a una respuesta equilibrada a todos sus grupos de interés.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Si contamos con un enfoque estratégico que nos permite escuchar y analizar el ecosistema y estamos orientados a resultados, la incorporación de los ODS como herramienta eficaz para desarrollar una política de responsabilidad social integrada en nuestra estrategia no debería de ser un gran problema.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>No debemos tratar la apuesta por los ODS como una respuesta grandilocuente, sino como un compromiso que se adquiere a nivel estratégico. Por ejemplo, con apuestas medioambientales o de apoyo a colectivos con dificultades para su inserción laboral. Y que se concreta en objetivos operativos del día a día y que involucran, de forma cotidiana, a todas las personas de la organización.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><strong>¿Qué aconsejarías a las organizaciones que se sienten desorientadas en este ámbito?</strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Evidentemente, el primer paso siempre debe ser la información y la formación. Acercarse a los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible es un primer paso obligado. Y hay mucha información y referentes a considerar. El segundo paso debe ser la asunción del compromiso desde el máximo nivel directivo. Y en ese caso, los ODS son una herramienta muy interesante: nos ayudan a analizar el impacto que cada empresa tiene sobre su entorno y a asumir objetivos concretos para integrar en nuestra organización.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>El mejor momento para comenzar, por lo tanto, es cuando estamos definiendo un nuevo plan estratégico o un nuevo plan de gestión anual. Ahí es cuando tenemos la oportunidad de empezar a concretar y hacer explícito nuestro compromiso.</p>\r\n
