<p style="text-align: justify;">Nuestra felicitación a Pedro Pablo Rey Vera por su reciente nombramiento. La Confederación Española de Empresas de Formación, CECAP, ha celebrado elecciones a Comité Ejecutivo en la Asamblea Extraordinaria resultando elegida la candidatura encabezada por Pedro Pablo Rey Vera.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Tras su elección, Pedro Rey señaló que “CECAP deber dar un salto cualitativo y cuantitativo, reivindicando su papel protagonista en la toma de decisiones relativas al sector de la formación en todas sus vertientes”. Para ello, el nuevo Presidente de CECAP apuntó algunas de las líneas de actuación a llevar a cabo durante su mandato: Incrementar la representatividad consiguiendo un aumento del número de empresas asociadas a CECAP para lo que se creará una Comisión específica que desarrollará un plan de captación y fidelización de asociados y un estudio de cuotas y servicios; Establecer una estrategia de comunicación e interlocución directa con las diferentes administraciones públicas y medios de comunicación; y Potenciar la Plataforma de Asociaciones representativas del sector de la formación.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Todo ello con la puesta en marcha de un decálogo de medidas: Establecer un Plan Estratégico 2016-2020; Crear tres Comisiones permanentes de trabajo (Asuntos Económicos y Relaciones Laborales; Relaciones Institucionales, Comunicación y Eventos; y Formación para el Empleo) y Comisiones especializadas por áreas temáticas (Seguridad Privada, Autoescuelas, Internacional, Certificados de Profesionalidad, Idiomas, Función Pública, Agencias de Colocación, etc.); Mejorar el posicionamiento de la Confederación; Fortalecer el papel del Consejo Interprovincial; Incrementar y fortalecer los servicios y recursos de la Confederación; Recoger y Consolidar información sectorial; Constituir un Consejo Experto Asesor; Apostar por un modelo económico que diversifique las fuentes de ingresos; Creación de la figura del Defensor del Asociado; Recuperación del Congreso Nacional de Empresas de Formación con carácter bienal.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Rey agradeció la confianza mayoritaria de los compromisarios asistentes a la Asamblea y el trabajo realizado por el Comité Ejecutivo saliente, haciendo un llamamiento al trabajo conjunto para afrontar “el momento crítico pero lleno de grandes oportunidades en el que nos encontramos”. “Es la hora de nuestro protagonismo en el sector y con ilusión, unión y dedicación afrontaremos los retos que tenemos por delante”, finalizó.</p>\n
