<p>Además de REDEX y CEO de QUALITAT Serveis Empresarials, Joaquim Deulofeu ejercerá como profesor en la formación <a href="https://clubexcelencia.org/servicios/aprendizaje-y-mejora/formacion/metodologia-agil-para-la-mejora-continua-de-los-procesos"><em>‘Metodología ágil para la mejora continua de los procesos’</em></a>, que va a tener lugar del 21 al 24 de marzo en coordinación con el Club Excelencia en Gestión.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>En este curso de cuatro días se abordará una metodología que combina las técnicas de Deming, que buscan la optimización a través de las mejoras continuas, con el Business Process Maganement, que se enfoca en el análisis de estrategias y en procesos predictivos, y con Agile, un concepto de gestión de proyectos basado en la flexibilidad, la agilidad y la eficiencia.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>A través de esta entrevista, Deulofeu nos explica con mayor detalle en qué va a consistir esta formación, de carácter muy práctico, y cuál es el valor que aporta esta metodología combinada.</p>\r\n
\r\n

<p><strong>¿Qué destacaría de cada una de las metodologías de mejora de procesos que van a tratarse en la formación: Deming, Business Process Management y Metodología Agile?</strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Se hará una breve introducción sobre tres metodología: la de autores pioneros en el Business Proces Management (en adelante BPM) como Hammer y Champy, que es la más agresiva con reducciones drásticas de personal en busca principalmente de dar eficiencia a los procesos; la de los autores Rummler y Brache, que actúan en función del clima laboral, es decir, también buscan eficiencia pero teniendo en cuenta que el clima laboral no sea excesivamente perjudicado; y la tercera, la de Deming, que se fundamenta en la creación de equipos de mejora interfuncionales para mejorar los procesos y la mejora continua.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>En la formación se profundizará sobre una mezcla entre Deming, BPM y Agile, destacándose por parte de Deming el uso de equipos de mejora interfuncionales junto con la mejora continua, del BPM la utilización de 5 fases para la mejora de los procesos, partiendo de la estrategia hasta llegar a la aplicación de la mejora continua en todos los procesos, y del Agile, el continuo <em>feedback</em> que debe existir con el cliente en cada una de las fases.</p>\r\n

<p><strong>¿Cómo deberían prepararse las organizaciones y profesionales para adoptar estas metodologías?</strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Es importante que en primer lugar la dirección esté implicada, y en segundo lugar que la dirección obtenga el compromiso de las personas de la organización haciéndoles participes en los equipos de mejora. Para que esto sea eficaz, se debería realizar una formación previa para todas las personas implicadas en la mejora de procesos.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><strong>¿Cuál es el mayor reto a la hora de implantarlas en la gestión del día a día? ¿Y sus beneficios?</strong></p>\r\n

<p>El mayor reto es la inversión en tiempo de dedicación y recursos para conseguir mejoras reales.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Los beneficios son principalmente: obtener un enfoque real de la organización hacia el cliente y la sociedad; mejorar la comunicación interna; conseguir el compromiso de las personas de la organización; unos procesos eficaces, es decir, que satisfagan al cliente y a la sociedad, que sean eficientes, reduciendo tiempo y coste, y adaptables a los cambios con una mejora continua de los mismos.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><strong>¿Cómo impacta la mejora de procesos en el Modelo EFQM?</strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Siempre comento que la mejora de procesos es como el corazón de un sistema basado en la excelencia, en el sentido de que, si son mejorados continuamente, el sistema de gestión fluye con agilidad y conduce a la organización a mejores resultados, tanto económicos, como sociales y ambientales.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>De hecho, hay un subcriterio del Modelo EFQM que indica que se deben establecer metodologías de trabajo ágiles y que el rediseño de los procesos basándose en las necesidades operativas y de futuro pueden conducir a transformar la organización para el futuro.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>La metodología de mejora de procesos de esta formación va a incidir en ello, aunque también se demostrará que la mejora continua de los procesos puede llegar a convertirse en el hilo conductor de los tres bloques que se contemplan en el Modelo EFQM. </p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><strong>¿Por qué es relevante esta formación para los responsables y técnicos de calidad y directivos de todo tipo de organizaciones?</strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>A los responsables y técnicos de calidad se les aportará una metodología completa con la que pueden mejorar sus procesos y en definitiva todo el sistema de gestión de calidad del que son directamente responsables.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Por su parte, los directivos obtendrán herramientas eficaces para conseguir romper las barreras departamentales que en general abundan en la mayor parte de las organizaciones, conseguir mayor eficacia, eficiencia y adaptabilidad de los procesos, y finalmente algo que todo directivo busca pero que no termina de conseguir al cien por cien: la implicación y el compromiso de los empleados en el día a día.</p>\r\n
