<p>En esta ocasión <strong>ENAGAS, HOSPITAL UNIVERSITARIO FUNDACIÓN JIMÉNEZ DÍAZ </strong>y <strong>UMIVALE ACTIVA</strong> han recibido el reconocimiento como <strong>Embajadores de la Excelencia Europea</strong> gracias a la obtención de un Sello EFQM 700 en su última evaluación EFQM.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Uno de los elementos diferenciales de nuestra propuesta de valor es la<strong> generación de conocimiento</strong>, y a través del <strong>Premio de Buenas Prácticas en Gestión</strong> este año hemos tenido la oportunidad de conocer cerca de 80 nuevas prácticas de más de 50 organizaciones. Hemos tenido acceso a experiencias realmente interesantes y de gran valor para nuestra comunidad, que han puesto de manifiesto la estupenda salud de la goza el ecosistema empresarial español. Aprendizajes que constatan buenos resultados y, por lo tanto, que se podrían recomendar como modelo a otras organizaciones, del mismo y otros sectores.</p>\r\n

<p>En esta edición los ganadores han sido la FUNDACIÓ SANITÀRIA MOLLET en la categoría Sanidad por su buena práctica “Mejora en la gestión del medicamento mediante un sistema automático de dispensación”. La UNIVERSIDAD INTERNACIONAL DE VALENCIA en la categoría de Universidad por su “Sistema de análisis de datos en el proceso de asesoramiento mediante la tecnología de IA”. El COLEGIO SALLIVER en la categoría de Educación por “Club Baloncesto Salliver al servicio de la propuesta de valor fortalece la marca”. CAPSA en la categoría de Gran 0rganización por “El poder de las segundas oportunidades” y FUNDACIÓN PRODE en la categoría de PYME por “El dehesafío: Un modelo de gestión y repoblación responsable de la Dehesa”.</p>\r\n

<p>Todas las buenas prácticas que este año han presentado su candidatura serán publicadas, en el transcurso de las próximas semanas, en nuestra plataforma de conocimiento, junto a las más de 365 buenas prácticas ya compartidas anteriormente. Se trata de <strong>un reconocimiento con doble valor</strong>. Por un lado, para la propia organización, un agradecimiento para seguir mejorando y ayudando a lograr una sociedad mejor y, por otro, la oportunidad de compartir conocimientos con otras organizaciones que les animen a avanzar y evolucionar en la dirección correcta.</p>\r\n

<p>En 2019 pusimos en marcha el <strong>Premio Nacional de Gestión Excelente, Innovadora y Sostenible</strong> y este año, en su tercera edición, entregamos tres nuevos premios: Gran Organización, Pyme y Tercer sector.</p>\r\n

<p>Consideramos que Excelencia, Innovación y Sostenibilidad son los tres elementos principales para transformar nuestras organizaciones al hacerlas mucho más competitivas y colaborar con la mejora de la sociedad. En este sentido, hemos querido reconocer y premiar a las organizaciones referentes por su gestión para reforzar su confianza y reputación en nuestro país, además de para fortalecer su destacada posición en el panorama internacional de la excelencia.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Las 18 organizaciones que han presentado sus candidaturas en esta edición han sido evaluadas teniendo en cuenta cinco criterios esenciales: la utilización del Modelo EFQM como fórmula de gestión responsable; acciones vinculadas a la responsabilidad social corporativa y su impacto en el ecosistema desde el punto de vista económico, social y/o ambiental; los proyectos o iniciativas innovadoras implantadas; su reputación corporativa; y, finalmente, sus premios y reconocimientos.</p>\r\n
