<p>Vivimos tiempos de incertidumbres con el futuro que viene. Vendrán más acontecimientos que nos harán acrecentar la incertidumbre. Por eso tenemos que empezar a prepararnos para el futuro y, los que tenemos responsabilidades de gestión, debemos empezar a pensar y planificar la gestión del futuro.</p>\r\n

<p>Desde el <strong>Club Excelencia en Gestión</strong> queremos ayudar a nuestros socios, clientes y demás participantes de nuestro ecosistema, a manejarse en la incertidumbre, aceptarla y sacarle ventajas y oportunidades. Hemos ido comprobando que muchos de nuestros socios, empresas y organizaciones, con sistemas de gestión integrales han salido más resistentes (resilientes) de la pandemia y ahora están mejor preparados para convivir con la incertidumbre.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Hoy vemos que a las empresas a las que les preocupa la mejora de su gestión, no sólo buscan la excelencia en todo lo que hacen, si no que buscan innovar e incorporar tecnología que les otorgue diferenciación en el mercado y, además, quieren llegar a la sostenibilidad económica, medioambiental, social y de buen gobierno corporativo. Por eso desde el Club llevamos tiempo hablando de la importancia de la <strong>Gestión Excelente, Innovadora y Sostenible</strong>, como un sistema integrado de gestión,<strong> </strong>para hacer frente a la incertidumbre del futuro. En este sentido cada vez promovemos, desde el Club, más foros y encuentros de <strong>benchmarking,</strong> para que nuestros socios aprendan de otros que están navegando en la incertidumbre, con buenos resultados, mientras preparan el futuro. Las organizaciones que trabajen con excelencia, innovación y sostenibilidad, integradas en sus sistema de gestión, serán capaces de resistir mayores cotas de incertidumbre, a las que vamos irremediablemente en el futuro.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Además, es esencial contemplar lo que hay que reforzar, en los sistemas de gestión de nuestras organizaciones para el futuro, y lo que no será tan importante, como lo es hoy, en el futuro. Para poder ayudar a nuestros socios y otras empresas y organizaciones, en estas dos tareas, desde el Club Excelencia en Gestión hemos lanzado un proyecto para saber cómo será la gestión del futuro, que denominamos <strong>Gestión 5.0</strong>. El Foro Anual, que celebramos en mayo pasado, empezó a desgranar algunas de las palancas que seguro formarán parte importante de la gestión del futuro:</p>\r\n

\t<li>las personas y el talento</li>\r\n
\t<li>la tecnología y la innovación </li>\r\n
\t<li>los ecosistemas y las alianzas </li>\r\n
</ul>\r\n
\r\n
<p>A lo largo de lo que queda de año vamos a seguir avanzando en esta línea, desvelando los factores que componen estas palancas y su importancia en un modelo integrado de gestión. Además, iremos ampliando con nuevas palancas como el liderazgo o la medición e importancia de los datos, que sabemos que serán parte esencial en la gestión del futuro.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Lo importante es que estas tareas no las abordamos solos, sino con alianzas de futuro, con partners especializadas. Además, la propia Secretaría General seguimos aplicándonos nuestras propias recetas. Así, en <strong>excelencia</strong>, hemos completado una evaluación formal con el Modelo EFQM y con evaluadores externos. En <strong>innovación</strong>, estamos explorando con una <em>scaleup</em> de IA en las memorias de excelencia y sus correspondientes puntuaciones, si podemos ir dando perspectivas (<em>insights</em>) sobre la correlación entre buenas prácticas de gestión, en ciertos ámbitos, y conseguir mejores resultados, con nuestro partner Foqum. También, estamos trabajando con una empresa especializada, Innsai, en interpretar las mega tendencias y otras señales del futuro a través del análisis y el benchmarking estratégico de futuro y de la innovación de modelo de negocio futuro. Seguimos trabajando en nuestro proyecto más innovador, la plataforma virtual para Pymes, con Prociency, aunque con cierto retraso respecto a nuestro plan anual. En cuanto a <strong>sostenibilidad</strong>, seguimos desde la Secretaría General, recogiendo “basuraleza”, una vez al semestre, en diferentes puntos de la geografía española, comprometiéndonos en divulgar el programa Smart Green de regeneración en Sostenibilidad 2.0, que promueve nuestro socio LG. Socialmente, estamos comprometiendo más recursos y acciones en nuestro programa <em>Flow to the Future</em>, que desarrollamos conjuntamente con Fundación Capgemini, para promover el talento STEAM entre adolescentes, preferiblemente femeninas. También avanzamos en buen gobierno corporativo con la creación de dos Comisiones, dentro del Comité de Gobierno, una para Sostenibilidad y otra para Gestión 5.0 (gestión del futuro) que marquen la estrategia que debe seguir el Club en ambos temas.</p>\r\n
