<p style="text-align: justify;">Con motivo de la incorporación de la Universitat de Lleida al Club, hemos querido entrevistar a su gerente Josep Maria Sentís Suñé. Te invitamos a conocer más de cerca a esta universidad que, como reconocen diversos ránkings, en términos docentes se sitúa “entre las cinco mejoras universidades españolas y en términos de investigación está entre las diez primeras”.<br /><br /><strong>1. La Universitat de Lleida apuesta por una docencia de excelencia e investigación de calidad con métodos avanzados. ¿Qué ingredientes son necesarios para llegar a vuestro objetivo?</strong><br /><br />La Universitat de Lleida es una universidad dinámica, abierta al mundo y permanentemente innovadora, que desempeña con solidez las funciones formativas, sociales y económicas que la sociedad le ha encomendado. Así, lo reconocen diversos ránkings que en términos docentes la sitúan entre las cinco mejoras universidades españolas y que en términos de investigación la ubican entre las diez primeras, siempre obviamente en términos relativos. El secreto de su éxito estriba, en la vertiente docente, en apostar por una docencia con prestigio y reconocimiento social, por la flexibilidad organizativa, por la calidad y el rigor en contenidos y proyectos académicos y, finalmente, por la ocupabilidad de nuestros estudiantes al haber convertido las prácticas en empresas e instituciones en obligatorias para todo el estudiantado de grado. En la vertiente investigadora, ese éxito radica en la combinación y la suma de sinergias entre los grupos y los institutos de investigación, la creciente interrelación de éstos con el tejido productivo local y nacional, y por disponer de un capital humano de alto nivel de cualificación y experiencia.<br /><br /><strong>2. Joven y dinámica. En la Universitat de Lleida os preocupáis por el "disfrute" de vuestros alumnos. ¿Cuáles son vuestras metas y qué nuevos proyectos tenéis en marcha para ayudar a crecer en dimensión profesional y personal de vuestros alumnos?</strong><br /><br />La Universitat de Lleida se caracteriza por tener un trato cercano y afable con sus estudiantes, desde una perspectiva tanto institucional como académica. Así, desde hace algunos años (y con un impulso especial desde este curso 2015-206), venimos activando una serie de becas y ayudas diversas con el objetivo de contribuir a que la vida universitaria de nuestros estudiantes resulte lo más eficaz y productiva posible, así como para que puedan disponer de ayuda económica adicional a la vez que gozan de una formación complementaria a la que adquieren en sus respectivas titulaciones. <br /><br />Nuestra visión con respecto a los estudiantes ha sido, pues, por una parte, ofrecer la mejor formación, de la mano de unos planes de estudios lo más flexibles y adaptados posible a sus necesidades y con un profesorado entregado y muy profesional, y, por otra, conscientes de que ningún estudiante con buen rendimiento académico quede fuera por cuestiones económicas, activar becas-salario, así como ayudas para la vivienda y el desplazamiento, para el aprendizaje de lenguas extranjeras, para la movilidad de aquellos que quieran salir a realizar parte de sus estudios en universidades extranjeras o para colaborar en tareas que contribuyan a su formación en los diversos servicios y grupos de investigación de la universidad.<br /><br />Asimismo, las actividades de participación como el asociacionismo y la cooperación están muy presentes en nuestra universidad. Para acabar este breve panorama sobre qué hacemos para ayudar a nuestros estudiantes a crecer personal y profesionalmente, añadiremos el impulso de la vida cultural y deportiva universitaria que se materializa en grupos de teatro, de música o de danza, y de los diferentes deportes, en los que nuestros estudiantes suelen destacar.<br /><br /><strong>3. Tras la reciente incorporación al Club, y como nuevo socio,\u{A0}¿por qué decidisteis apostar por una asociación como la nuestra?</strong><br /><br />El Plan Estratégico de la Universitat de Lleida (UdL) 2006-2012 incorporó por primera vez la línea estratégica: implantar un modelo de gestión de la universidad que condujera a la excelencia según los criterios europeos. Y el Plan 2013-2016 consolidó como eje estratégico el modelo de gestión por procesos y el desarrollo de herramientas que conduzcan a una gestión eficiente de la UdL.<br /><br />En estos años siempre hemos tenido el asesoramiento de un consultor EFQM, y se han ejecutado diferentes fases. Una primera de conocimiento del modelo EFQM y de formación general del personal administrativo y técnico de la UdL en calidad y gestión por procesos. En una segunda fase se elaboraron los documentos estratégicos y generales del modelo; y en los últimos tres años se han implantado herramientas en determinadas unidades administrativas y técnicas. Es en esta fase dónde necesitamos conocer experiencias de otras instituciones y empresas que nos sirvan de referencia, oportunidad de nuevas acciones o reorientación de estrategias. Y el Club Excelencia en Gestión nos puede aportar todo este conocimiento, contactos y buenas prácticas.</p>\n
