<p style="text-align: justify;">La sede de IBM Madrid acogió el último Encuentro en la Cumbre del Club Excelencia en Gestión, celebrado el pasado miércoles 13.\u{A0}Un encuentro\u{A0}que se convierte en un\u{A0}<strong>verdadero foro de primeros ejecutivos</strong>, una reunión entre iguales, donde además del intercambio de experiencias y opiniones, se fortalezcan las relaciones interpersonales.\u{A0}</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Estos CEOs, de las empresas y organizaciones que son socios A o Líder del Club, se dan cita bajo un ambiente relajado y de confianza, donde se abordan temas muy diversos. Todos ellos relacionados con la gestión en general y, además, diferentes propuestas que surgen espontáneamente\u{A0}entre\u{A0}los asistentes. <p style="text-align: justify;">El objetivo es propiciar el diálogo abierto y franco, entre los primeros ejecutivos asistentes, sobre aquellos aspectos de gestión que más interesen a todos en cada momento. En este caso, Javier González fue el encargado de abrir un debate sobre La Era Cognitiva, una animada charla que se trasladó al almuerzo.\u{A0}</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">A lo largo de los últimos años, gracias a estos <strong>encuentros</strong>, las organizaciones asistentes han reflexionado junto al Club\u{A0}sobre las inquietudes y expectativas relacionadas con la gestión en el mundo empresarial que nos rodea. Tras la celebración de estos foros, se han\u{A0}detectando claramente un conjunto de fuerzas que iban a ser determinantes para mantener e incrementar la capacidad competitiva de las organizaciones. Asimismo, los contenidos del encuentro pueden ser, posteriormente compartidos con el resto de programas de\u{A0}Club\u{A0}sobre la mejora de la competitividad de empresas y organizaciones.\u{A0}</p>\n
