Jesús Pérez Martín, director general del centro de estudios, nos concede esta entrevista en la que hablamos de gestión, honestidad y transparencia, además del Modelo EFQM.</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>¿Cuál es el propósito de ADAMS?</strong></p><p>Nuestro propósito es ayudar en la transformación y el progreso de las personas a través de la formación. Creemos firmemente en valores como la honestidad, la innovación, la transparencia y la sostenibilidad, y nos esforzamos diariamente por adaptarnos a lo que nuestros clientes necesitan.</p><p> </p><p><strong>¿Cuál es su compromiso social y medioambiental?</strong></p><p>Creemos que una empresa no solo debe generar valor económico, sino también contribuir positivamente a la sociedad.</p><p>En este sentido, en el ámbito social, trabajamos activamente en la formación e inclusión de todas las personas, prestando especial atención a aquellas en situación de vulnerabilidad. Por ello, desde ADAMS ofrecemos cada año un número importante de becas a personas en desempleo o con bajos recursos que desean prepararse una oposición, facilitando así su acceso al empleo público. También, colaboramos con distintas entidades para ofrecer formación gratuita a colectivos con dificultades de inserción laboral, así como otras acciones humanitarias como la colaboración con bancos de alimentos o la donación de fondos para grupos vulnerables, además de impulsar proyectos de apoyo a mujeres víctimas de violencia de género para mejorar su empleabilidad. </p><p>En cuanto a nuestro compromiso medioambiental, estamos comprometidos con la sostenibilidad y la reducción de nuestra huella ecológica. Por ello, nos esforzamos cada día por minimizar nuestro impacto a través de acciones como la instalación de paneles solares, la digitalización de procesos para reducir el uso de papel o el reciclaje y las prácticas responsables entre nuestros colaboradores.</p><p> </p><p><strong>¿Qué cifras destacaría a lo largo de su historia desde su nacimiento en 1957?</strong></p><p>A lo largo de nuestra historia, hemos vivido momentos clave que muestran cómo hemos crecido y evolucionado, siempre con un firme compromiso con la formación de calidad.</p><p>Nuestra actividad empezó en los años 50 como un pequeño negocio familiar dedicado a la edición y comercialización de libros especializados en contenido jurídico. Con el paso de los años, esa actividad nos llevó a abrir una academia de formación dedicada a la impartición de clases, lo que marcó el inicio de lo que hoy es ADAMS.</p><p>En 1988, se produjo un relevo generacional en la compañía, comenzando la expansión geográfica de ADAMS a otras localidades como Barcelona, Valencia y Sevilla; y poco después, establecimos centros en Zaragoza, Coruña, Santiago, Ourense y Girona.</p><p>Otro momento importante fue en 1999, cuando lanzamos nuestro campus virtual. Fuimos pioneros en España en ofrecer formación online, algo que nos permitió estar a la vanguardia y adelantarnos a las necesidades del sector. </p><p>En 2011 dimos un salto internacional, situándonos en Ciudad de México. Nuestra presencia fuera del territorio español nos permitió no solo expandir nuestra actividad fuera del panorama nacional, sino también alcanzar nuevas oportunidades de negocio con empresas y administraciones internacionales.</p><p>Con la llegada de la pandemia en 2022 aceleramos la transformación digital de la organización. Gracias a nuestro campus virtual, fuimos capaces de adaptarnos rápidamente, ofreciendo formación online y garantizando el aprendizaje de nuestros alumnos de manera efectiva. </p><p>Finalmente, en 2023 dimos un cambio en la dirección, dando paso a la tercera generación familiar y aportando una visión innovadora al negocio y a nuestros clientes para seguir creciendo y evolucionando sin olvidar los valores con los que empezamos.</p><p> </p><p><strong>ADAMS es una organización reconocida y valorada por su especialización en la preparación de oposiciones. ¿Qué otras áreas y proyectos de formación está desarrollando?</strong></p><p>Además de la preparación de Oposiciones, otra de nuestras áreas de negocio y de mayor crecimiento actualmente es la Formación a medida para Empresas, en la que más de 350 empresas han confiado en nosotros para asesorarles y formar a sus empleados con programas personalizados y adaptados a sus necesidades. </p><p>También trabajamos en la Formación a medida para Administraciones Públicas, colaborando este año con más de 100 organizaciones públicas, y en la Formación Profesional para el Empleo, en la que ofrecemos distintas iniciativas y programas de formación en colaboración con el Servicio Público de Empleo Estatal (SEPE) y los Servicios Públicos de Empleo de las Comunidades autónomas. </p><p>Por último, destaca nuestra área editorial, con la que dio comienzo la actividad de la compañía.</p><p> </p><p><strong>La organización se gestiona siguiendo el Modelo EFQM, ¿por qué confía desde hace años en este Modelo?</strong></p><p>Confiamos en el Modelo EFQM ya que nos ayuda a mejorar cada día y mantenernos alineados con las mejores prácticas en gestión. Nos permite además adaptar nuestros procesos a las necesidades y particularidades de nuestro sector, dándonos la flexibilidad de fijar metas claras y realistas. </p><p>Este Modelo es una herramienta clave que nos impulsa a innovar, superar los retos y seguir creciendo como referentes en formación. Nuestra confianza en este modelo refleja nuestro compromiso con la calidad y la mejora constante.</p><p> </p><p><strong>ADAMS posee un Sello EFQM 600, ¿qué supone este reconocimiento internacional con una de las puntuaciones más altas?</strong></p><p>Para nosotros es un orgullo ser una de las primeras empresas del sector en tener este Sello y recibir este reconocimiento nos anima a seguir mejorando cada día en el camino hacia la excelencia.
