<p style="text-align: justify;">El Club ha organizado una jornada, el próximo <strong>20 de octubre a las 19.00h</strong>, bajo el título <strong>Estado de la Gestión del Cambio </strong>en\u{A0}Sala d’Actes IL3-UB – Districte 22@\u{A0}C/ Ciutat de Granada, 131(Barcelona).\u{A0}En estos últimos años, hemos comprobado cómo la esencia de la excelencia en la gestión, que es la mejora continua, se basa en generar numerosos cambios favorables en todos los ámbitos de la organización. Y cuando dichos cambios están bien enfocados, se despliegan de forma sistemática y se evalúan y revisan los resultados que éstos nos aportan, es que se está avanzando por la senda adecuada de la excelencia. Si, además, los aprendizajes extraídos de los cambios se utilizan para cerrar el círculo virtuoso es que estamos ante una organización de éxito, es decir, excelente.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Por todo ello, hemos decidido empezar a medir el <strong>Índice de Gestión del Cambio</strong> de las organizaciones, junto a nuestro socio y colaborador CEGOS, y así comprobar de primera mano cómo las organizaciones afrontan los cambios de forma habitual, teniendo en cuenta de que ya no se trata de implantar algunos proyectos operativos, sino de todo un proceso de carácter estratégico, que se va acelerando con el tiempo.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Algunos de los aspectos relacionados con la gestión del cambio sobre las cuales, el Índice aporta conclusiones son: ¿Cuáles son los cambios que están acometiendo las organizaciones en Catalunya y a nivel estatal? ¿Qué palancas o frenos encuentran para el desarrollo del cambio? ¿Cómo las resuelven? ¿Cómo se gestiona el proyecto de cambio? ¿Cuáles son las recomendaciones para aumentar la tasa de éxito?</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Tomando en consideración los resultados y conclusiones de este estudio, queremos poner a disposición de las organizaciones de Catalunya seis claves para desarrollar un cambio exitoso.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Para complementar este enfoque organizacional, y darnos una visión personal de cómo debemos liderar estos cambios, contaremos con la participación de <strong>Albert Bosch</strong>, emprendedor y aventurero.</p>\n
