<p style="text-align: justify;">El próximo\u{A0}<strong>24 de octubre</strong>\u{A0}es la fecha elegida para el primer encuentro de\u{A0}las “<strong>Reuniones con el Experto</strong>” \u{A0}del Foro Excelencia en Sanidad. Una nueva apuesta del Club por los formatos virtuales. En esta primera ocasión nos acompañará\u{A0}el Dr. Julio Mayol para hablarnos sobre\u{A0}"Innovación en Sanidad".</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En los últimos meses, el Club ha apostado de manera especial por actividades de participación virtual. Para profundizar más sobre este nuevo formato, hemos querido entrevistar a\u{A0}<strong>Miquel Romero</strong>, director de la delegación de Barcelona del Club.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>¿Qué lleva a la necesidad de crear las Reuniones del Experto?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">El Club tiene entre el 60% y 70% de sus socios establecidos en Madrid y Barcelona, lo que supone que el resto están repartidos por la geografía nacional alejados de los centros donde se realizan la mayoría de las actividades presenciales. Hay dos objetivos claros por los que se crea este nuevo formato; uno: facilitar a los socios el acceso online de las actividades del Club, ya sea porque no se pueden desplazar o porque dicha actividad no se encuentra en su lugar de residencia, y dos: hacer este tipo de eventos online, permite poder compartir en red la jornada realizada, pues siempre se graban y se suben a la plataforma Ágora CEG.\u{A0}</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En resumen, fomentar la participación y dar acceso a los contenidos al máximo número de personas.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>¿Qué ventajas pretende conseguir el Club con este nuevo formato?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Creamos nuevas estrategias de trabajo, pues hemos pasado de las videoconferencias al uso, en donde varias personas se conectan a la vez a reuniones de trabajo en directo por videoconferencia. Como ejemplo de ello, el pasado 13 de julio se realizó\u{A0}una Reunión del\u{A0}Foro Excelencia en Sanidad\u{A0}con un formato innovador: Dos puntos de reunión presencial (en Madrid y Barcelona), con medios técnicos para la interconexión entre ellos y la posibilidad de conexión de otros participante de forma virtual en el resto de la geografía.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En el Club trabajamos varias alternativas virtuales para compartir\u{A0}información: los webinars, las reuniones de teleconferencia, las videoconferencias, las sesiones de trabajo por teleconferencia y los\u{A0}foros por teleconferencia. Con todas ellas, pretendemos obtener el máximo conocimiento online para que se pueda compartir a través de la red.\u{A0}</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">El Club no sólo se conforma con las sesiones presenciales, esta manera de compartir conocimiento, supone abrir un abanico de posibilidades para trabajar conjuntamente desde varios puntos geográficos a la vez. Eliminando el máximo número de barreras para optimizar el aporte de valor.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>¿Qué condiciones se tiene que dar para que se pueda llevar a cabo estas reuniones?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Es muy fácil, aquellas personas que quieran participar, deberán conectarse vía smartphone u ordenador que esté conectado a la red. De forma paralela, el sitio elegido para retransmitir la actividad, debe tener las infraestructuras precisas para emitir o las aporta el mismo CEG. Además, de alguien cualificado que gestiones estas conexiones.\u{A0}</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Paulatinamente, cada vez que vamos realizando más actividades de este tipo, estamos obteniendo una mayor repuesta por parte de nuestros socios, los cuales participan de manera muy activa. Estos nuevos de formatos virtuales, aportan un valor añadido, al ser\u{A0}actividades grabadas, se pueden volver a ver en cualquier momento.</p>\n
