<p style="text-align: justify;">El Colegio Ramón y Cajal se ha sumado recientemente como nuevo socio del Club. Con menos de un mes como miembro de la familia de la excelencia, ya ha empezado a participar activamente en las actividades que organiza el Club. <p style="text-align: justify;">Para conocer más en profundidad el innovador sistema educativo del centro, hemos querido entrevistar a su director,\u{A0}<strong>Mariano\u{A0}Sanz Montesa. </strong>Aquí os dejamos sus impresiones:\u{A0}</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>1.- El Colegio Ramón y Cajal, con 55 años de historia, ofrece una excelencia educativa en donde el alumno convive bajo un entorno feliz. ¿Qué otras cualidades definirían la esencia de vuestro centro educativo?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Creemos que lo que caracteriza a nuestro Centro es estar basado en la preocupación por el alumno, que es “lo primero” y más importante, que se traduce en un relación muy cercana profesor-alumno, fruto de la implicación, dedicación y desarrollo profesional de nuestros docentes y no docentes, que en todo momento buscan la adecuación al momento, no partiendo de clichés preconcebidos sino con una metodología basada en “educar a nuestros alumnos para su futuro” y no para “nuestro pasado” como desgraciadamente viene siendo habitual en este país.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Junto a todo esto, hay algo que está totalmente integrado en el adn del Centro y es la “insatisfacción constante” que nos lleva a intentar mejorar continuamente. Frente al “morir de éxito” de muchas organizaciones, nosotros estamos siempre en una actitud de cuestionar y analizar absolutamente todo para buscar la mejora en resultados y en gestión.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>2.- El centro cuenta con un extenso programa que abarca varios ámbitos en donde aprender diferentes lenguas extranjeras, familiarizarse con el mundo digital desde los primeros cursos de infantil y que todos sus alumnos desarrollen una mente creativa… Nos gustaría que profundizara en estos aspectos y otros que aportan ese valor añadido del Colegio Ramón y Cajal.</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Es cierto que el Centro tiene un programa extenso que abarca temas como idiomas, tecnología…. Pero es algo que está relacionado con lo comentado antes. Estamos en un momento en que desconocemos qué tipo de trabajo van a desempeñar nuestros alumnos más pequeños cuando lleguen a la edad laboral y eso nos hace estar en constante tensión para percibir todos los indicios o pistas que nos marquen cómo va a ser el futuro. El mundo y los esquemas en los que los de cierta edad fuimos educados, van desapareciendo y hay que intentar anticiparse al futuro y, lo que es mucho más importante, hay que potenciar la “capacidad de adaptación a cada momento”, pues es algo con lo que van a encontrarse nuestros alumnos a lo largo de su vida. \u{A0}El axioma de que “en la vida no sobreviven los más fuertes sino los que mejor se adaptan al cambio” va a ser esencial en un futuro muy, muy próximo.\u{A0}</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>3.- El 12 de marzo de 2013 el colegio obtiene el Sello de Excelencia Europea EFQM 500+ y, desde septiembre, formáis parte del Club como socios. ¿Qué supone para vosotros esta incorporación a la familia de la excelencia?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Es cierto que el Colegio obtiene el Sello de Excelencia Europea EFQM 500+, pero es muy importante resaltar que antes estuvimos cuatro años trabajando con el Sello 400+ y que desde finales de los años 90 del siglo pasado venimos trabajando con temas de calidad. Si al principio fueron modelos ISO (calidad y medioambiente), más adelante vimos las posibilidades excelentes que nos ofrecía EFQM para esa mejora constante, ese “anticiparnos al futuro” y ese afán de superación que está en la base del modelo.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Lógicamente, nada de esto es posible sin la relación con los demás y aquí es donde tiene un papel tremendamente importante el Club, al permitirnos compartir ideas, experiencias, preocupaciones y, lo que es básico y fundamental: “aprender de los demás”.</p>
