Y lo cierto es que la intuición que guió a los impulsores de esta magnífica iniciativa a favor de la excelencia y la calidad en gestión empresarial se ha demostrado acertada.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Han sucedido muchas cosas durante los últimos 25 años. La globalización ha extendido su impacto del nivel macroeconómico, hasta los aspectos más cotidianos de los hábitos de las personas. A su vez, la gestión empresarial ha hecho evidente la necesidad de apostar aquellos valores que consiguen crear un vínculo de confianza entre la organización y sus clientes: la calidad, el liderazgo, la innovación, la agilidad, el talento… En definitiva, aquellos valores por los que trabaja el Club y con los que CaixaBank se siente enormemente identificado.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Desde el momento de su creación, CaixaBank fue consciente de la aportación que una iniciativa como ésta podía realizar en el panorama empresarial español y decidió apoyar, como entidad socia, el proyecto. \u{A0}La apuesta por el fomento de la excelencia encajaba con los valores fundacionales de la entidad: calidad, confianza y compromiso social.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">El origen de CaixaBank se remonta a 1904, con la creación de la Caja de Pensiones para la Vejez y de Ahorros de Cataluña y Baleares, y desde entonces, la misión se ha mantenido inalterable. Históricamente, el modelo de negocio de la entidad ha estado basado en la vocación de servicio a sus clientes y ésta ha sido la clave de su éxito.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Cuatro años después de iniciar su actividad, en 1909, “la Caixa” abría sus dos primeras sucursales: en Igualada y en Girona. En 1913, el Conejo Directivo acordó iniciar las actividades en las Islas Baleares, abriendo una sucursal en Palma. En 1933 empezó a funcionar la primera sucursal en Madrid y dos años después se iniciaron las operaciones en la sucursal de Andorra. Actualmente, CaixaBank cuenta con más de 5.000 oficinas.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">A lo largo de todos estos años, el propio concepto de oficinas se ha ido transformando al ritmo de la demanda y de las necesidades de los usuarios. Cada vez más, las oficinas financieras se convierten en centros de asesoramiento, con servicios y especialistas a medida de los distintos perfiles de cliente. En este sentido, durante la primera década del siglo XXI, CaixaBank inició la apertura de oficinas especializadas en empresas, banca corporativa y banca privada. Más recientemente, siempre teniendo en cuenta la necesidades de los clientes para adaptar la propuesta de valor a sus expectativas, la especialización se abrió al sector agrario, con las oficinas AgroBank, y a los clientes internacionales residentes en España, con HolaBank.</p>\n
