Es un proceso progresivo y no debemos bajar la guardia para evitar retrocesos. Para ello, <strong>Susana Fábregas</strong>,\u{A0}Directora de Reconocimiento del Club Excelencia en Gestión, ha querido desarrollar <strong>Cómo mejora la gestión de tu organización</strong> en un artículo publicado en<strong> Forum Calidad</strong> junto con la opinión de los Embajadores e la Excelencia Europea:\u{A0}Ignacio García de Vinuesa, Alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Alcobendas;\u{A0}José Miguel Tudela,\u{A0}Director de Organización y RSC de Enagás;\u{A0}Jesús Morillo-Velarde Chiclana,\u{A0}Director Gerente el Hospital San Rafael;\u{A0}Natalia Antomás,\u{A0}Responsable Innovación y Calidad y<em>\u{A0}</em>Chabela de la Torre, Vicepresidenta de REGTSA y de la Diputación de Salamanca.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Mejorar significa cambiar a un nivel superior. Pero el cambio en la gestión debe venir fundamentalmente desde dentro de la organización. Cada día hay que preguntarse por qué hacemos las cosas de la manera habitual, pero hay factores externos que cambian: nuestros clientes, la tecnología disponible, los proveedores, etc. y esto nos obliga a ser cada vez más ágiles y flexibles para adaptarnos a la situación a la que nos enfrentamos.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">El escenario actual al que se enfrentan las organizaciones está marcado por:</p>\n
<ul style="text-align: justify;">\n
<li>La globalización, el cambio continuo en nuestro entorno y la incertidumbre.</li>\n
<li>La evolución acelerada de la tecnología que hace que nuestro mundo esté cambiando a pasos agigantados hacia un mundo digital.</li>\n
<li>La aparición de nuevos competidores y, no son sólo los competidores tradicionales, de nuestro sector de actividad, sino que nos encontramos con empresas de sectores totalmente diferentes al nuestro que irrumpen en nuestro mercado o productos y servicios novedosos que consiguen sorprender a los clientes (y a nosotros).</li>\n
<li>La variedad y sofisticación de los nuevos productos y servicios, en gran parte influida por esa digitalización, y la dramática reducción de sus ciclos de vida.</li>\n
<li>Un cliente mucho más y mejor informado, y por tanto, mucho más exigente e infiel.</li>\n

<p style="text-align: justify;">Este escenario está transformando los hábitos de compra en nuestra sociedad y muchas veces las organizaciones no son capaces de adaptarse tan rápido como exige el mercado.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Esa es la clave para garantizar el futuro de la organización: La capacidad de adaptación al cambio de las empresas y organizaciones y su habilidad para mejorar de forma continua, mediante su <strong>modelo de gestión</strong>, contrastándolo continuamente modelos de referencia como el Modelo EFQM.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Estos contrastes o evaluaciones ayudan a las organizaciones, entre otras cosas, a ordenar su gestión, a tener una visión global de todos los aspectos a considerar en la gestión y a adaptarse a los cambios de forma más ágil.</p>\n
