<p style="text-align: justify;">El pasado 18 de noviembre, se celebró en CECAP Valladolid la <strong>Jornada informativa sobre el Modelo EFQM en el sector de a formación</strong>. Entre las ponencias que se celebraron, Susana Fábregas, Directora Reconocimiento del CEG junto a Alejandro San Nicolás, Evaluadore de EFQM, hablaron sobre le Modelo EFQM como modelo de éxito.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Con motivo de esta jornada hemos querido entrevista a<strong> Lorenzo Alonso Nistal</strong>, Presidente de CECAP Castilla y León y con el que hemos charlado sobre su experiencia en el sector de la educación y su visión de la gestión de los centros educactivos, así como de su organización y de cómo Modelo EFQM, sus aportaciones y beneficios.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Desde 2013 es Presidente CECAP de Castilla y León y cuenta con 18 años de experiencia en el sector de la formación, ¿cómo ha visto la evolución, en estos años, con respecto a las necesidades en la gestión de los centros educativos?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Afortunadamente, nuestro sector ha experimentado cambios profundos en estos años con un notable esfuerzo de adaptación de nuestros centros ante los cambios normativos en materia de formación para el empleo. Hemos logrado en estos últimos años pasar de las tradicionales academias que centraban su actividad principalmente en clases particulares y preparación de oposiciones a centros de formación con una oferta más diversificada conjugando la formación estrictamente privada con la gestión de otras iniciativas contempladas en el sistema de formación para el empleo como son la formación subvencionada para trabajadores tanto ocupados como desempleados o la formación programada en las empresas (antes conocida como formación bonificada).</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Todo ello ha supuesto un notable esfuerzo para nuestros centros y empresas de formación y nos ha exigido, además de la adaptación que antes señalaba,\u{A0} un notable trabajo en aras de una profesionalización que ha permitido dar respuesta a las crecientes necesidades formativas de empresas y trabajadores. La creciente madurez de la demanda formativa por parte de la sociedad, lo que nos ha obligado a realizar esfuerzo para conseguir una gestión integral eficiente, apoyada en la mejora continua y la innovación constante, para dar cabida y adecuada respuesta a dichas demandas y\u{A0} nos ha obligado a las personas que trabajamos por la formación a reciclarnos y profesionalizarnos aún más.</p>\n

<p style="text-align: justify;">A lo largo de los último años, se ha logrado una puesta en valor del aprendizaje\u{A0} a lo largo de la vida como herramienta fundamental para el desarrollo profesional y\u{A0} personal de los trabajadores tanto ocupados (ayudándoles a adquirir las competencias necesarias para adaptarse a la evolución y los cambios de su puesto de trabajo), como desempleados (facilitándoles la adquisición de nuevas competencias que les permitan una reinserción laboral lo más rápida posible).</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Las necesidades del mercado laboral son cambiantes y el reto fundamental está en lograr que la formación que ofrecemos se adapte a esas necesidades; un reto que debemos afrontar tanto a nivel particular en cada uno de nuestros centros como a nivel de sector. Y ahí CECAP ha jugado y sigue jugando un papel clave: dentro del plan estratégico de la Confederación que es hoy la patronal mayoritaria representativa del sector de la formación no reglada, se realizan estudios sobre necesidades formativas tanto transversales como sectoriales, que permiten tomar el pulso a la demanda real de formación; se participa en mesas sectoriales con los agentes sociales como parte de ellos; y se ejerce la representación ante las instituciones y la administración pública siendo miembro de diferentes órganos consultivos, todo ello con el fin de promover ese cambio estructural en los “hábitos formativos” y permitir la adaptación de las personas y las empresas a un mercado laboral en permanente cambio.</p>\n

<li><strong>El pasado 18 de noviembre tuvo lugar la Jornada sobre el Modelo EFQM en el sector de la formación. ¿Qué cree que aporta el Modelo? ¿Podría resumirnos los principales beneficios del mismo?</strong></li>\n

<p style="text-align: justify;">El modelo y el sello de Excelencia Europea EFQM reconocido por el CEG ayuda a establecer políticas y procesos para gestionar las organizaciones de formación. Esto, que puede sonar muy formal, se traduce en la práctica en que el modelo aporta un método de trabajo eficaz para nuestro día a día que nos permite convertirnos en expertos en la creación de talento, catalizadores de la gestión del conocimiento y liderar el cambio social.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Desde el punto de vista de los centros de formación los principales beneficios evidentes son la capacidad para establecer alianzas estratégicas en un sector castigado por condicionamientos políticos y económicos y un deterior de la imagen pública, un modo de gestión profesionalizado que se fija no solo en los resultados sino en los grupos de interés a los que nos dirigimos, un método de evaluación constante que nos permite compararnos y mejorar nuestros servicios y un compromiso con las personas que trabajan con nosotros, nuestros clientes y la sociedad a los que debemos retornar en forma de modelo formativo sostenible, flexible y de calidad.\u{A0}En definitiva un camino continuo hacia la excelencia formativa mediante un liderazgo activo.</p>\n
