<p style="text-align: justify;">La Fundació Sanitària Mollet actuó de anfitriona, el pasado 30 de noviembre, en el Encuentro en la Cumbre del CEG. Esta reunión de primeros ejecutivos vino precedida de una rueda de prensa por el reconocimiento a dicha fundación con el <a href="index.php/reconocimiento/sello-efqm/1712-la-fundacio-sanitaria-mollet-recibe-el-sello-de-excelencia-europea-efqm-400">Sello a la Excelencia Europea 400</a></p>\n

<p style="text-align: justify;">Con anterioridad a la reunión, todos los asistentes\u{A0}al Encuentro en la Cumbre pudieron disfrutar de una interesante visita en la que conocieron de primera mano cómo el Hospital de Mollet ha combinado la tecnología y la sostenibilidad en su nuevo edificio horizontal. Una construcción que se adecua a la morfología de suelo y cuenta con el aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales, a través de la geotermia, y ahorro energético, gracias a diferentes tecnologías. Una visita guiada y conducida por Jaume Durán, David Barrachina y Olga Valcells, Responsable RSC Fundació Sanitària Mollet.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Bajo este contexto se pudo hablar de las sinergias de la tecnología, la sostenibilidad y la gestión del cambio. Y de cómo la digitalización y el <em>Think Tank</em>, que recientemente ha iniciado su andadura en el Club Excelencia en Gestión, se apoyan en los valores de la excelencia.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Un Encuentro que tuvo como broche final una animada comida, donde Ignacio Babé habló\u{A0}de la gestión del cambio desde del marco de la tecnología. Y en donde todos los asistentes\u{A0}contaron experiencias, vivencias y situaciones personales de cómo gestionar los cambios fundamentados en nuestros valores.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Además, queremos resaltar la generosidad del anfitrión Hospital de Mollet por su excelente trato durante toda la jornada y por los obsequios que se entregaron al finalizar el Encuentro en la Cumbre. Destacando una “<a href="http://donesdaigua.cat/es/">Dona d’aigua</a>” (mujer de agua), una figura que representa a una ondina (sirena de agua dulce) en forma de botella de agua realizada por personas con discapacidad y nos evoca cuanto el municipio de Mollet estaba lleno de humedales.</p>\n
