<p style="text-align: justify;">El mercado laboral español está próximo a cumplir su tercer año consecutivo con aumento del empleo. Es por ello que Adecco, socio del CEG desde el 2013 y líder internacional en la gestión de RR.HH., en colaboración con los investigadores de Barceló & Asociados, ha elaborado el <strong>IV</strong> <strong>Monitor Anual Adecco de Ocupación</strong>: un detallado análisis de la evolución del empleo por ocupación en España.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">El fin de este Monitor de Ocupación es analizar los puestos de trabajo que se están creando en nuestro país, desde diferentes ángulos sociodemográficos y económicos. En esta primera entrega se analiza el perfil demográfico de los nuevos ocupados en España: sexo, comunidad autónoma, edad, nacionalidad y nivel de formación alcanzado.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Por último, para completar el análisis, se ha establecido una comparativa de esta evolución con la radiografía del empleo en 2008, año en que comenzó la crisis económica en nuestro país, para comprender mejor el impacto que ésta ha dejado en la ocupación española.\u{A0}</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Del detallado análisis resaltaremos los siguientes puntos:</p>\n
<ul style="text-align: justify;">\n
<li>En el último año el número de ocupados ha aumentado en 478.800 personas (+2,7%) y con este suman diez los trimestres consecutivos con incremento interanual del empleo. A diferencia de lo que ocurría hace un año, la mayor parte de los nuevos puestos beneficia a mujeres, que han captado 262.600 de esos empleos (+3,2% y el 54,8% del total).</li>\n
</ul>\n
<ul style="text-align: justify;">\n
<li>El empleo ha crecido en todas las comunidades autónomas, sin embargo las que proporcionalmente más han incrementado su colectivo de ocupados han sido Murcia (+5,5% interanual), Cantabria (+4%), Cataluña y el País Vasco (3,6% en ambos casos).</li>\n
</ul>\n
<ul style="text-align: justify;">\n
<li>Casi 1 de cada 4 empleos se ha creado en Cataluña (113.000, que equivalen al 24% del total). Si a estos sumamos los 83.100 creados en Andalucía (+3% y el 17% del total) y los 58.300 nuevos puestos de la Comunidad Valenciana (+3,1%; 12% del total), tenemos que el 53% de los nuevos puestos de trabajo corresponden a estas tres autonomías.</li>\n
</ul>\n
<ul style="text-align: justify;">\n
<li>Por edad, el número de ocupados de 25 y más edad ha aumentado en 461.700 personas (+2,7%) en tanto que el de jóvenes con empleo menores de 25 ha crecido en 17.100 (+1,9%). En otros términos, el 3,6% de los nuevos empleos ha sido para menores de 25 años mientras que el restante 96,4%, para el resto de franjas de edad.</li>\n

<li>En el último año ha crecido el número de ocupados de los tres niveles formativos superiores, mientras que se ha reducido el de aquellos con educación primaria. Así, han sido contratadas 138.900 personas con la primera etapa de secundaria (+2,8%), 106.700 con la segunda o con FP (+2,5%) y 288.300 con formación superior (3,8%). En cambio, 55.100 personas con educación primaria han perdido su empleo (-4,4%). Murcia es la única región en donde se ha registrado creación de empleo en los cuatro niveles de formación en este periodo.</li>\n

<li>Con la crisis, la participación en el empleo de quienes tienen educación primaria se ha reducido a menos de la mitad, pasando de representar el 14,9% de los ocupados en 2008 al 6,4% ahora (-8,4 puntos porcentuales). Este espacio ha sido ocupado casi totalmente por personas con formación superior, que en 2008 disponían del 34,3% del empleo y ahora concentran el 42% (+7,7 p.p.).</li>\n

<li>Sobre la nacionalidad del nuevo ocupado en España, el número de trabajadores inmigrantes ha mejorado un 3,8% en el último año. Es decir, los inmigrantes han captado 1 de cada 7 nuevos puestos de trabajo. El número de personas ocupadas procedentes de la Unión Europea se ha incrementado un 7,5% mientras que el del resto de inmigrantes sólo ha aumentado un 1,5%.</li>\n

<li>Las regiones donde más ha aumentado el número de trabajadores inmigrantes son Cataluña (42.400 personas; +11,3%), la Comunidad de Madrid (24.900; +7,1%) y Andalucía (16.300; +6,7%). Sin embargo, el mayor incremento porcentual se ha alcanzado en Cantabria (+16,1%; tras la incorporación de 2.000 ocupados inmigrantes).</li>\n
