<p style="text-align: justify;">Eulen, socio del CEG desde 1998, ha querido conocer de primera mano cómo <strong>Alcobedas se ha convertido en ejemplo de premio Europeo a la Excelencia</strong>. Para ello, han contado con la opinión de <strong>Mª Concepción Villalón Blesa</strong>, Tercera Teniente Alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Alcobendas, que ha explicado la trayectoria que ha tenido este ayuntamiento hasta llegar a obtener el primer premio Europeo a la Excelencia.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">"Nuestra experiencia en la presentación al Premio ha sido, y sigue siendo, verdaderamente positiva por muchos aspectos. Nunca consideramos el premio como un objetivo en sí mismo, las sucesivas renovaciones del Sello 500+ nos iban confirmando los avances en Calidad, estábamos “en forma”, habíamos conseguido un impulso gracias al trabajo que nos sugerían los valiosos informes de retorno que tras las evaluaciones recibíamos y sobre los que de inmediato creábamos, los “Grupos de Mejora”.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Fue definitiva la decisión del primer líder del Ayuntamiento, nuestro Alcalde, Ignacio García de Vinuesa, que apostó por la presentación de nuestra candidatura a la Excelencia Europea.\u{A0}</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Fue necesario contagiar su ánimo y su confianza al resto de líderes de la organización y la idea fue calando con la lejana esperanza de la posibilidad de ser, al menos, finalistas. Considerábamos que el trabajo que poníamos en marcha nos serviría como herramienta de aprendizaje para mejorar la gestión y que, para avanzar, el impulso de salir fuera nos serviría.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">A partir de ahí, todos los trabajadores se volcaron en el reto, se abrieron nuevos espacios de reflexión en el equipo directivo y se generó un ambiente de implicación que se extendió a toda la organización con el sentimiento de la responsabilidad compartida y la vocación de Servicio Público en su más amplio sentido. Ésta ha sido una importante consecuencia de la preparación al premio y su obtención, la satisfacción personal de formar parte de un Equipo que ha sido reconocido como el mejor gestor a nivel Europeo. Pero el impacto del premio va también mucho más allá, la visión de los prestigiosos y reconocidos evaluadores y lo que ellos plasman en su valioso informe de retorno, tras una dura y exhaustiva evaluación, nos sirve como brújula y sensor del camino al futuro.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Todos sabemos por\u{A0}experiencia que las administraciones públicas\u{A0}nos enfrentamos de manera permanente a un juicio social desfavorable, y nosotros queríamos demostrar que también la administración puede ser gestionada de forma excelente. Ganar este premio nos ha confirmado que vamos por el buen camino. Hemos identificado aspectos a mejorar que desde dentro de la organización es difícil detectar. Las organizaciones con alto nivel de excelencia tienen más dificultades a la hora de avanzar o mejorar su gestión; innovar es un valor añadido no siempre fácil y el proceso en sí de la preparación de la candidatura ha supuesto un impulso en el avance más allá de la excelencia certificada. Una vez llegas al “top” careces de referencia en la ruta a seguir y esta ha sido marcada con brillantez por los evaluadores que sugieren nuevos retos para la ciudad, todo ello desde su punto de vista internacional. Siendo éste el valor más destacable, es necesario también mencionar que, desde la obtención del premio, diferentes organizaciones, empresas y grupos de interés se han puesto en contacto con nosotros por diversos motivos.\u{A0}<br /> <br /> Alcobendas es referente, es un Modelo de Ciudad y el premio es en sí el motor de difusión de la marca Alcobendas, también a nivel internacional.</p>\n
