<p style="text-align: justify;">El Club Excelencia en Gestión aprobó en el primer trimestre de este año el Plan Estratégico 2017-2020 para abordar los retos del nuevo entorno, plan que aborda en esta entrevista Ignacio Babé, Secretario General del Club.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>1. Según este Plan, hay ocho megatendencias que condicionan el futuro: Clientes empoderados, futuro del trabajo, revolución del comportamiento, mundo urbano, futuro inteligente, planeta con recursos y redefinición de la industria ¿Cuál debe ser la orientación del Club en este entorno?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Con la ayuda de E&Y, nuestro consultor para este Plan Estratégico, encontramos un informe que coincidía mucho con nuestra percepción de que <strong>la disrupción está cambiando la manera en que funciona el mundo</strong> y donde se recogían las 8 megatendencias que mencionas, cada una con varias preguntas asociadas:</p>\n
<ul>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">Clientes empoderados: ¿Cómo transformar a los clientes en partes interesadas? ¿Cuánto poder están consiguiendo a través de las redes sociales? ¿Cómo relacionarnos con ellos ahora y en el futuro?</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">El futuro del trabajo: (que ya está aquí) ¿Cuál será la función de las personas cuando las máquinas sean los trabajadores? ¿Estamos ya en la llamada época del “talentismo”? ¿En qué trabajaran nuestros hijos?</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">Futuro inteligente: ¿Qué tipo de inteligencia necesitaremos para crear un futuro inteligente? ¿Es la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) la solución a muchos de nuestros problemas? ¿Qué le falta a la IA para que nuestro futuro, además de más cómodo, sea mejor para las personas?</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">La revolución del comportamiento: ¿Cómo afectará el comportamiento individual en el futuro colectivo? ¿Hay forma de parar la economía colaborativa (Airbnb, Uber…)? ¿Volverá el consumo hacia lo natural como ya ocurre con las fuentes de energía?</li>\n

<li style="text-align: justify;">Redefinición de la industria: ¿Ahora todas las industrias son su industria (Amazon acaba de comprar Wholesale, un supermercado de comida ecológica)? ¿Sacará primero Google el coche autónomo o será Apple?</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">Planeta con recursos: ¿Puede la innovación lograr que el planeta este lleno y no carente de recursos naturales? ¿Se extenderá pronto la revolución de la economía circular?</li>\n

<p><strong>2. Ya hace algunos años un empresario de éxito reconocido decía:</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">“Esto es para los locos. Los inadaptados. Los rebeldes. Los revolucionarios. Los que no encajan en el molde. Los que ven las cosas de otra manera, cambian cosas. Obligan a los humanos a avanzar. Y mientras algunos los ven como locos, otros los valoramos como genios” Steve Jobs – Fundador de Apple.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Y ante este entorno cambiante, volátil, complejo, incierto, ambiguo lo mejor es ser consciente de esas 8 megatendencias, ver cómo van a afectar a tu organización y volver a los clásicos de la gestión. En concreto a Peter Drucker. Y tratar de contestar, a luz de los cambios hechos y de los que se avecinan, sus 5 sencillas preguntas:</p>\n

<li style="text-align: justify;">¿Cuál es nuestra misión?</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">¿Quién es nuestro cliente?</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">¿Qué es lo que nuestro cliente considera valioso?</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">¿Cuáles son nuestros resultados?</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">¿Cuál es nuestro plan?</li>\n
</ol>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Y estas respuestas son las que hemos tratado de recoger en el plan sabiendo que el entorno sigue cambiando y que igualmente nosotros tendremos que seguir adaptando nuestra estrategia a dichos cambios.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>3. Los 230 socios del Club Excelencia en Gestión representan el 5% de los empleos en España, el 19% del PIB y el 23% del Ibex 35, ¿puede plantearse, a través de este Plan, influir en el mundo empresarial y también en la sociedad?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">La Misión del Club es ayudar a las organizaciones españolas a ser más competitivas a través de los valores de la excelencia en la gestión. Es decir, tratando de ser los mejores y diferenciarse por los excelentes productos, servicios, relación con el cliente, resultados con personas, contribución a la sociedad, etc. siguiendo el certero consejo de que no hay tanta competencia en la excelencia; la competencia la hay en los niveles de mediocridad. Y nosotros nos concentramos en ayudar a los excelentes y a los que quieren llegar a serlo.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Y sí, nosotros influimos en las empresas y organizaciones socias para que hagan las cosas mejor y, preferiblemente, de forma excelente pero no para beneficio solo de los accionistas o de los clientes o de quienes trabajan en ellas, sino para hacer mejor a la sociedad, en su conjunto. Pero también compartimos la ambición del Círculo de Empresarios, de APD y de otras organizaciones empresariales de hacer ver a la sociedad que <strong>los empresarios y directivos no son “señores con chistera que se encienden sus puros con billetes”, sino personas, en su inmensa mayoría, comprometidas con su entorno, sus empleados, sus clientes que buscan hacer las cosas bien para todos sus grupos de interés.</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>4. ¿Qué significa exactamente ser coopetidores y cómo condiciona eso la actividad con los socios?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Coopetidor es un término acuñado por la fusión de cooperador y competidor.</strong> Y, en estos tiempos, tiene mucho sentido que organizaciones del mismo sector compitan para determinados temas (sobre todo en precios) pero cooperen para otros, a la misma vez. Es algo que ya tiene mucho recorrido en muchos sectores (automoción, farmacia…) donde las empresas se juntan y cooperan para hacer frente al regulador o para desarrollar ciertos estándares, pero a la vez compiten por los clientes por precio, por servicio o por diferenciación.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Desde el Club sabemos que competimos por conseguir la atención de las organizaciones y por la cuota anual. Pero yo creo que, en un entorno global e interconectado, tenemos muchas más oportunidades de cooperación para compartir estudios conjuntos, datos relevantes combinados, procesos de formación y aplicación complementarios. Por eso, desde el Club, promovemos relaciones de “coopetición” con nuestros competidores cercanos y lejanos, cuyo objetivo es intentar mejorar la situación de nuestros socios y clientes comunes y no comunes añadiéndoles más valor cada vez. Ese es, al menos, nuestro objetivo: Conseguir que nuestros socios, clientes y amigos consigan más valor como consecuencia de la cooperación del Club con competidores.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>5. El 68% de los socios lo son por conseguir intercambio de conocimiento ¿Qué proyectos plantea eso a la dirección del Club?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">De los 4 grupos en que clasificamos las actividades del Club:</p>\n

<li style="text-align: justify;">Compartir conocimiento</li>\n

<p style="text-align: justify;">Más de dos tercios de los socios quieren aprender juntos intercambiando conocimientos.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>El Club lleva 26 años ofreciendo aprendizaje y conocimientos compartidos a sus socios, porque esa fue la idea fundacional, y, claramente, es una misión que ha llevado a cabo con mucho éxito.</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Tenemos grupos de aprendizajes compartidos por sectores, como Educación, Sanidad, Administraciones Públicas, Universidades. También, grupos de intercambio de experiencias y de datos formados por organizaciones que superan determinados umbrales de excelencia y en los que se sienten cómodos hablando con otras organizaciones con los mismos afanes de lograr más eficacia y eficiencia. Hay grupos que intercambian conocimiento sobre sus experiencias en la transformación digital y cómo afectan a la estructura de la organización y de sus sistemas de gestión. Hay socios interesados en aprender cómo otros equilibran sus esfuerzos para sus grupos de interés, en “ver” como otros socios han solucionado sus problemas con nuevas formas de trabajar como el “open space” en las oficinas, en comprobar cómo se controlan los principales indicadores de una organización con un Cuadro de Mando Integral sencillo pero útil, etc.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>6. ¿En qué punto de desarrollo se encuentra la repercusión social de la empresa?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Nuestro Club tiene establecida una razón de ser fundacional que se ha revisado y puesto al día en diversas ocasiones, que implícitamente, incluye la repercusión social de las empresas. Por tanto, para el Club es una asignatura continua.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Nuestras contribuciones anuales se reparten entre eventos públicos, participación en conferencias, Masters, Universidades donde hemos presentado que se entiende por excelencia y mejora para divulgar, sin remuneración por ello, el mensaje de que entre todos podemos hacer una sociedad mejor.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Además, divulgamos a la sociedad en general muchas de las contribuciones que nos hacen nuestros socios en forma de buenas prácticas, estudios, conclusiones de Think Tanks y otras.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Finalmente, <strong>trabajamos desde el Comité de Gobierno del Club en una Comisión cuyo objetivo es contribuir a mejorar la calidad y excelencia de la contratación pública</strong> y estamos haciendo llegar este documento a numerosas partes de la sociedad civil pero también a los políticos para dar recomendaciones sobre cómo mejorar la contratación para dar más transparencia, eficiencia al gasto público y luchar contra la corrupción.</p>
