<p style="text-align: justify;">Durante años hemos oído términos como Base de Datos Documental, Gestor de Documentos…y hace poco más de una década la Gestión del Conocimiento se puso a la orden del día. Se buscaban contenidos, se clasificaban, se almacenaban y se ponían a disposición. En muchas organizaciones se crearon grandes estructuras tecnológicas, en formato repositorio, con ingentes cantidades de documentos codificados y clasificados, en un formato estático a modo de bibliotecas. Pero nos preguntamos ¿han sido de utilidad? ¿Tienen aún vigencia?</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En pocos años hemos visto cómo las Redes Sociales han provocado un explosión de generadores de conocimiento incrementándose exponencialmente; <strong>los canales por donde circula la información se han multiplicado; los formatos se han diversificado…</strong> Este mismo proceso también se ha producido más lentamente en las organizaciones y empresas.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Tenemos que ser conscientes que tratamos con conocimientos que pueden ser explícitos (formales, estructurados, escritos…) o tácitos (informales, experiencias, ideas, orales…) y ambos se combinan para crear diferentes modelos de generación de conocimiento (Ikujiro Nonaka).</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En este momento, a las organizaciones y empresas, se les ofrece la oportunidad de aprovechar herramientas tecnológicas que permiten gestionar la colaboración en comunidades de intereses formando redes virtuales. <strong>Se pueden crear espacios colaborativos de enorme potencial</strong>, tanto por la rapidez, transparencia y flexibilidad de la comunicación como por la individualización y personalización de los contenidos.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Estas <strong>redes de colaboración virtual</strong> tienen características singulares. Nos ofrecen la posibilidad de <strong>influir socialmente</strong>, de uno a muchos, con gran impacto. Desaparece la barrera rotunda entre emisor y receptor, toda la comunidad puede ser generadora de contenidos. A la vez que se comparte gran cantidad de información, los miembros de la comunidad pueden aportar comentarios y opinar sobre ello, incrementando el valor del conocimiento original. Se da la opción de votar los diferentes contenidos y dar relevancia a los mismos. Se facilita el reconocimiento y reputación a sus miembros ofreciendo de forma transparente una estimación cuantificada de sus aportaciones a la comunidad. El conocimiento puede ser encontrado y localizado a través de búsquedas naturales, de forma totalmente intuitiva. Podemos enlazar conocimientos, y la misma herramienta nos ayuda a ello de una forma personalizada, aprendiendo de nuestros intereses. Se lanzan retos con metas y objetivos concretos en los que colaborar con ideas y propuestas.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Las Plataformas Colaborativas de Gestión del Conocimiento son una nueva oportunidad para las organizaciones, de esta forma y con estos objetivos se implantó la primera versión de <a title="Ágora CEG" href="http://www.agoraceg.org" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>ÁGORA CEG</strong></a> en el Club Excelencia en Gestión en el año 2013:</p>\n
<ul>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">Ofrecer la posibilidad de compartir conocimiento.</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">Gestionar el conocimiento de la comunidad.</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">Facilitar la conexión entre miembros.</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">Identificar nuevas oportunidades.</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">Integrar a todos los Grupos de Interés.</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">Facilitar la interacción con las Redes Sociales públicas.</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">Fomentar cultura común y sentimiento de pertenencia al grupo.</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">Mejorar la eficiencia y reducción de costes.</li>\n
</ul>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Para todo ello se requiere de una plataforma tecnológica, sin duda, pero también es imprescindible <strong>alinearse con la estrategia de la organización</strong>, contar con un liderazgo que fomente y consolide el cambio cultural que se requiere, y la implicación en la creación y mejora de contenidos de un grupo de dinamizadores.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Por otra parte, si queremos aprovechar todo el potencial que tenemos a disposición, debemos entender la “organización” de forma extendida, implicando a todos los grupos de interés: personas, clientes, proveedores, accionistas, partners y sociedad.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Sin duda en todas las organizaciones hay un enorme potencial que espera ser aprovechado, la creación de una red de colaboración virtual, de una plataforma colaborativa de gestión del conocimiento, puede ser un excelente camino para ello y en estos momentos esta potente palanca está a disposición de todas las organizaciones.</p>\n
