<p style="text-align: justify;">La Jornada “Experiencia de paciente, hacia la excelencia”, organizada por el Club Excelencia en Gestión y la Comunidad de Madrid, representado por su Viceconsejería de Humanización de la Asistencia Sanitaria, y celebrada en el Hospital Gregorio Marañón, ha dejado constancia de la buena percepción que tienen en general los ciudadanos de la Sanidad española, según afirmó Ignacio Babé Secretario General/CEO del Club Excelencia en Gestión. No obstante, los profesionales del sector cita dejaron constancia de que siempre queda mucho por hacer y que en este camino es fundamental <strong>meterse en la piel del paciente</strong>.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En la Jornada se entregaron <a title="quince Sellos de Excelencia EFQM a organizaciones médicas y sanitarias" href="index.php/reconocimiento/sello-efqm/2020-quince-nuevos-sellos-efqm-sanidad" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">quince Sellos de Excelencia EFQM a organizaciones médicas y sanitarias</a> y los Premios Buenas Prácticas de la <a title="I edición del Premio a las Buenas Prácticas en el ámbito de la Excelencia en la Gestión en Sanidad" href="index.php/conocimiento/buenas-practicas/2030-fallados-premios-bbpp-gestion-sanidad" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">I edición del Premio a las Buenas Prácticas en el ámbito de la Excelencia en la Gestión en Sanidad</a>.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">La primera conferencia de la mañana fue la de Ignacio Herrero Mendoza <em>(Cofundador The Customer Spirit)</em>, quien explicó una metodología para entender con éxito al paciente: <em>Escuchar, Diseñar, Involucrar e Impulsar y Actuar.</em> En este sentido, destacó la <strong>importancia de involucrar a los empleados porque están cerca de los pacientes y tienen mucha información:</strong> “Sólo un 10% de las empresas tiene definida una experiencia de empleado alineada con la experiencia de cliente que quiere transmitir”, afirmó. Esta filosofía hace que, por ejemplo, en los hospitales se creen habitaciones especiales en la planta de oncología o que los médicos inventen otra forma de llevar a un niño al quirófano.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">A continuación, un debate presentado por Alberto Pardo, coordinador del Foro y Subdirector General de Calidad Asistencial en la Consejería de Sanidad de la Comunidad de Madrid, demostró <strong>la tendencia de la Sanidad española a humanizarse cada vez más y que el futuro pasa irremediablemente por la digitalización.</strong> En este debate, participaron profesionales tanto del sector servicios como de la medicina y vieron qué pueden aprender unos de otros, porque al final el objetivo es el mismo: satisfacer las necesidades del cliente o paciente, como mostraron sus intervenciones.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Marta del Olmo explicó en el debate la evolución experimentada desde el departamento de Información y Atención al Paciente de Quirónsalud que dirige, en el que <strong>se ha pasado de escuchar al paciente a asesorarle y darle voz</strong> en los grupos de trabajo en los que participa. También habló de otra evolución: la tecnológica, que facilita que un ciudadano pueda llevar su historia clínica en el móvil, pueda gestionar citas médicas o contactar con el hospital con mayor facilidad.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Rosa Plá Mestre, Coordinadora de Calidad en el Hospital General Universitario Gregorio Marañón, habló de la <strong>experiencia “Directivo a pie de cama”</strong> que están llevando a cabo en este centro. Consiste en que ciertos cargos salgan del despacho y se sumerjan en la rutina del hospital, para hablar directamente con la gente. “Efectivamente, nos educan en lo científico- técnico. Luchamos por superarlo”, afirmó.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En la parte no sanitaria del debate estaban Mercè López Ferran, responsable de Customer Experience en Gas Natural Fenosa, y Miguel Artiach, responsable de Experiencia de Cliente en ALSA. Para Mercè no se trata sólo de escuchar al cliente, sino que él perciba que se le está escuchando. Por eso, afirmó que “al cliente no satisfecho hay que llamarle en 24 horas, preguntarle por qué no está satisfecho y actuar”. En la misma línea, se expresaba Miguel Artiach: “Hay que identificar dónde se pueden cambiar las cosas”.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Además, ambos afirmaron que envidian del mundo sanitario la vocación, que impregna de magia su trabajo. Sin embargo, la Coordinadora de Calidad del Gregorio Marañón dijo que en su sector, echaba en falta la inversión en métricas y desarrollos de calidad que se hace en el sector servicios. Precisamente, en cuanto a las métricas, destacó que le encantaría que al igual que se mide la seguridad en el hospital se creara alguna herramienta que midiera la empatía con el paciente.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Por último, Marta del Olmo indicó la <strong>importancia del liderazgo en los equipos de gestión</strong>, para darle al paciente el lugar que merece.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Por tra parte, en la jornada se ha constatado que el Modelo EFQM se consolida como forma de evaluación de la excelencia en la gestión de las organizaciones sanitarias empresas, como demuestran las 2.250 descargas realizadas hasta la fecha del documento <a href="http://www.agoraceg.org/banco-conocimiento/guia-de-interpretacion-para-el-sector-sanitario" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">“Guía de interpretación del Modelo EFQM para el sector sanitario”</a>.</p>\n
