<p><strong>HM Hospitales, Socio del Club Excelencia en Gestión, ha renovado por cuarta vez el Sello de Excelencia EFQM 500+ fundamentalmente por su clara orientación al cliente, la madurez del equipo de líderes y buen clima laboral y enfoque a los clientes entre los empleados. También por sus sistemas de gestión consolidados y gestión eficaz de la tecnología. </strong></p>\r\n

<p>Los evaluadores han destacado también el equipo humano formado, motivado y con orgullo de pertenencia y una gestión de procesos madura, acompañada de un amplio conjunto de indicadores y sistemática de reuniones y trabajo en equipo.</p>\r\n

<p>HM Hospitales obtuvo por primera vez sello EFQM 500+ en 2011 y ha mantenido dicho reconocimiento hasta la fecha.</p>\r\n

<p>El acto oficial de entrega de la renovación de la certificación del sello EFQM 500+ ha tenido lugar en el Hospital Universitario HM Sanchinarro y ha contado con la presencia del presidente de HM Hospitales, Dr. <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/juan-abarca-cidon-b7b72122/" target="_blank">Juan Abarca Cidón</a>, quien lo ha recibido de manos del director de Servicios del Club Excelencia en Gestión, <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/alfredo-mill%C3%A1n-mart%C3%ADnez-77021321/" target="_blank">Alfredo Millán</a> y del director general de TÜV Rheinland, <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/gonzalo-de-castro-a6145710/" target="_blank">Gonzalo de Castro</a>.</p>\r\n

<p><strong>El Dr. Juan Abarca destacó que “este sello de excelencia está alineado con la visión de lo que debe ser un hospital privado eficaz que ideó mi padre y fundador de esta compañía, el Dr. Juan Abarca Campal, y que articuló en lo que llamamos el decálogo de un hospital: Equidad, Calidad, Integridad, Eficacia, Experiencia, Compromiso, Seguridad, Coherencia, Motivación y Transparencia. </strong>Este decálogo se ha mantenido inalterable dentro de los principios de gestión del Comité de Dirección para la toma de todas sus decisiones”.</p>\r\n
