<p>El Club Excelencia en Gestión tiene la satisfacción de anunciar el lanzamiento de una novedosa Plataforma denominada MIRA (Management Indicators Radar), una ambiciosa iniciativa basada en <strong>una plataforma tecnológica de benchmarking de indicadores que permite a las organizaciones compararse con otras referentes de diferentes sectores y geografías </strong>con el fin de mejorar los resultados de su gestión de una manera continuada, que ha sido desarrollado junto a PROQUO, uno de los REDEX de referencia del Club.</p>\r\n

<p>Se trata, en definitiva, de tener acceso a una plataforma para comparar resultados, posicionarse y mejorar en la toma de decisiones que pueden condicionar los resultados de la organización. Responde también a la intención, por parte del Club Excelencia, de continuar proponiendo <strong>innovaciones y nuevos productos</strong> y servicios para sus socios, una novedosa propuesta que el Club considera de gran ayuda para las organizaciones.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>MIRA está diseñada teniendo como <strong>referencia el Modelo EFQM</strong> de Excelencia y, en estos momentos, ya cuenta con indicadores de gestión generales de más de 50 organizaciones excelentes de los más diversos sectores. Con este benchmarking se podrá aprender de los mejores y personalizar informes en tiempo real con múltiples parámetros.</p>\r\n

<p><strong>Las opiniones</strong> de dos de los principales protagonistas de la puesta en marcha de esta plataforma, nos puede familiarizar más con este nuevo reto que plantea el Club Excelencia:</p>\r\n

<p><strong>Miquel Romero,</strong> Director Vida asociativa y Conocimiento del Club Excelencia en Gestión, presenta <strong>MIRA como una herramienta</strong> <strong>complementaria al Modelo EFQM de Excelencia en los aspectos de comparación y benchmarking</strong>. “Sabemos que la gran complejidad del entorno actual hace que disponer de un modelo de gestión referencial para hacer frente a ella sea clave. El Modelo EFQM ofrece este marco de trabajo, que facilita a las organizaciones el análisis de su gestión y la puesta en marcha de acciones para poder anticiparse a los cambios del entorno local y global.</p>\r\n

<p>El Modelo EFQM te anima a comparar los resultados clave de tu organización, de acuerdo con los objetivos estratégicos, con otras organizaciones relevantes dentro o fuera de tu sector. También te ayuda a identificar puntos fuertes y oportunidades de mejora para poder alcanzar un nivel de excelencia en gestión. Y esta es la filosofía de MIRA. Una nueva plataforma de benchmarking de indicadores, Management Indicators Radar (MIRA), con la que podrás compararte con organizaciones referentes de diferentes sectores y geografías a nivel nacional e internacional, lo que te permitirá mejorar a través del benchmarking, punto clave en el Modelo EFQM de Excelencia.</p>\r\n

<p>MIRA ya dispone de una base de conocimiento con indicadores de gestión de más de 50 organizaciones Sello EFQM 500+ que te permite tener una base conocimiento inicial con la que compararte. Tenemos muchos retos por delante para hacer de MIRA un servicio que no sólo te permita comparar tus resultados para mejorar en la toma de decisiones y por tanto de tus resultados, sino que alcance un ámbito internacional, que sea dinámico y actualizado, y su evolución natural deberá facilitar el aprendizaje continuo a través de servicios asociados de Buenas Prácticas.”</p>\r\n
