<p>Cientos de directivos y profesionales se han reunido en el XXV Foro Anual CEG 2018 de este año. En un ambiente agradable se ha proporcionado a socios y asistentes diversas herramientas para gestionar el futuro de las organizaciones que hoy en día está sujeto a los cambios cada vez más acelerados. Bajo el lema escogido para el foro <em>“El GPS de las organizaciones del futuro”, </em>se han mostrado los resultados del estudio con este nombre y que recogen de qué forma las organizaciones se están adaptando a las nuevas realidades en el escenario VUCA, transformando para ello sus estructuras organizativas, clave para “llegar donde quieren a partir de ahora”.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>El <strong>Secretario General del Club Excelencia en Gestión, Ignacio Babé</strong>, ha sido el encargado de inaugurar la jornada con las conclusiones del estudio el GPS de las organizaciones del futuro, elaborado por el Club y por Cegos Deployment. “Las organizaciones sólo hemos recorrido un tercio del camino de preparación ante estas nuevas realidades y tenemos que seguir trasnformándonos” apuntó. Las conclusiones muestran que queda un largo recorrido para aprovechar las oportunidades y que, pese a que las estrategias de innovación, inteligencia o digitalización han calado en las organizaciones, hay <em>gaps</em> en el nivel de despliegue entre funciones de estructura organizativa:</p>\r\n

<p>Durante un ágil programa de ponencias, mesas redondas y talleres, los mejores expertos en gestión han proyectado las conclusiones sobre su propio GPS. Las ponencias inspiradoras nos abren una ventana al mundo que está llegando a cargo de profesionales que proponen nuevas herramientas y nuevas relaciones de líderes y equipos.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Se plantean retos como avanzar en el desarrollo de la experiencia del cliente, como propuso <strong><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/rosa-ortiz-gimeno-b1270442/" target="_blank">Rosa Ortiz</a>, Directora del Parque de Atracciones Tibidabo</strong>, que centra sus líneas estratégicas en la solidaridad y la experiencia. La disrupción tecnológica también afecta al perfil del talento: “Hoy en las empresas hay un 5-10% de personas que se consideran talentosas desde el punto de vista técnico”, comentó <strong><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/jaumegurt/" target="_blank">Jaume Gurt</a>, Exdirector General de Infojobs.</strong> “Los talentos han cambiado y no sólo hay que potenciar el talento técnico, también un talento orientado a la inteligencia emocional”, añade.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Para hablar de este proceso habría que hablar de “transformación” y no de “cambio” tal y como ha sugerido <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/simon-dolan-2250181/" target="_blank"><strong>Simon Dolan</strong></a>, <strong>Presidente de Global Future of Work Foundation</strong>, y que podríamos apuntar a tres causas de dicha transformación: el mundo tecnológico, la globalización y la más difícil de cambiar, la creatividad.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><strong>Rosa Quejereta</strong>, <strong>Directora de Fabricación de Otis Elevator Company</strong>, afirmó que “Nadie dijo que fuera fácil este futuro. El futuro que tenemos por delante es apasionante”, cerrando la ponencia inspiradora sobre “el mundo que está llegando”.</p>\r\n

<p>En la mesa participativa “Retos del futuro: ¿cómo está cambiando el cliente?”, estuvo moderada por <strong><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/jose-miguel-tudela-olivares-a7254763/" target="_blank">José Miguel Tudela</a>, Director de Organización y Sostenibilidad de Enagas</strong>. Los ponentes han planteado sus propias experiencias y retos sobre cómo están evolucionando los clientes en cuatro áreas distintas: cliente como paciente, cliente como consumidor, cliente como ciudadano y cliente como alumno.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Para <strong><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/carlos-mascías-cadavid-3a450b18/" target="_blank">Carlos Mascías</a>, Director Médico de HM Hospitales Torrelodones, </strong>la clave para transformar la cuestión sanitaria es la empatía, “todo el personal sanitario tiene que tener en cuenta que a toda la gente que visita un centro médico, no le gustaría estar ahí. En el sector bancario la propuesta de valor de Caixa Bank es estar cerca del cliente recuperando los valores tradicionales de cercanía, confianza y participación, pero, al mismo tiempo, entendiendo las tendencias cambiantes. “Si no somos disruptivos con nosotros mismos, alguien lo hará por nosotros” comenta <strong><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/martafina/" target="_blank">Marta Fina</a>, Directora de Calidad y Experiencia de Cliente Caixa Bank.</strong> Asimismo, desde el <strong>Ayuntamiento de</strong> <strong>Esplunges de Llobregat, la Alcaldesa Pilar Díaz,</strong> ha considerado importante llegar a la confianza través de la eficiencia en la utilización de recursos y ha propuesto como reto la creación de un plan estratégico único. Por último,<strong> <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/joanne-mampaso-desbrow-4b988960/" target="_blank">Joanne Mampaso</a>, Directora de Diseño Académico de la Universidad José Cela</strong> ha planteado como reto el “desarrollar al alumno como persona en vez de verlo como continente”, en otras palabras, potenciar las competencias personales más que las técnicas.</p>\r\n

<p>Después del café, tocó el turno de seis ponentes que enfrentaron sus ideas en tres “cara a cara” donde principalmente se debatió sobre el contexto social afectará a la gestión del talento y a la preparación con las nuevas tecnologías. En el primer debate, <strong><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/adolforamirezmorales/" target="_blank">Adolfo Ramírez</a>, Experto en Transformación Digital</strong>, junto a su hijo <strong>emprendedor <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/adolforamirezc/" target="_blank">Adolfo Ramírez Coronado</a>,</strong> analizaron las distintas generaciones que colaborarán en las organizaciones. “La gran barrera para transformar la organización es el <em>status quo</em>, y en eso la gente joven puede colaborar” comentan. Adolfo Ramírez Coronado añade que la generación <em>millenial</em> es más inquieta, menos conforme y no se plantea estar toda la vida en una empresa, sobre todo en una primera etapa en la que quieren aprender y crecer.</p>\r\n

<p>En el segundo debate entre <strong><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/jorgealvarezrodriguez1/" target="_blank">Jorge Álvarez</a>, Director Comercial de Adecco</strong> y <strong><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrés-vega-artime-b1580919/" target="_blank">Andrés Vega</a>, Director de Recursos Humanos y Excelencia de Capsa Food</strong>, se confrontaron diversas visiones sobre la contratación y captación del talento concluyendo que el talento externo añade valor, conocimiento y un nuevo estímulo a la compañía.</p>\r\n

<p>Estos diálogos “cara a cara” los cerraron los ponentes <strong><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/esther1viyuela/" target="_blank">Esther Viyuela</a>, Directora de Desarrollo de Negocio de Siemens España</strong> y <strong><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/gorka-diez-b3a2808b/" target="_blank">Gorka Díez</a>, Director Excelencia de Bridgestone, </strong>debatiendo sobre cómo afrontar el crecimiento de las organizaciones. Concluyeron que “la ideal combinación es la de manager y líder”, las organizaciones esperan un nuevo tipo de liderazgo, un manager inspirador que sea “coach” de su equipo y que cree entornos de innovación y aprendizaje.</p>\r\n

<p>En la mesa de debate sobre liderazgo y sostenibilidad, cinco primeros ejecutivos han debatido sobre las habilidades que deben tener los nuevos líderes en busca de la sostenibilidad. Estuvo moderada por <strong>Alberto Durán, Presidente del Club y de Ilunion</strong>. <strong><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/paloma-beamonte-7aa6538/" target="_blank">Paloma Beamonte</a>, Presidenta de Xerox España y Portugal,</strong> defendió la importancia de conciliar el logro empresarial y logro personal, conseguir que al mismo tiempo que se alcanzan los objetivos, las personas sean felices. <strong><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/marta-martínez-603b93/" target="_blank">Marta Martínez</a>, Presidenta de IBM España, Portugal, Grecia e Israel </strong>continuó debatiendo sobre la necesidad de hacer proyectos que generen confianza en la empresa y sobre la credibilidad que un líder tiene que transmitir. A continuación, la intervención de <strong><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/carabante-borja-9a5a38a2/" target="_blank">Borja Carabante</a>, Consejero Delegado de Metro de Madrid,</strong> recalcó la importancia de vincular al empleado a la empresa e ir más allá del proyecto empresarial, que se convierta en un proyecto más personal. Y, por último, destacar las palabras de <strong><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/angel-cano-fernández-73a93a143/" target="_blank">Ángel Cano</a>, ex CEO de BBVA </strong>que resumen el XXV Foro Anual del CEG: <em>“La empresa que no sea capaz de transformarse va a desaparecer”.</em></p>\r\n
